They take forever to ship. I've ordered twice from them and it seems like it takes three-four days before they actually ship.

Last one I ordered was on a Monday, early morning. Order #1971. I believe it didn't go out until Wednesday/Thursday. I'm not upset, shit happens. I'm sure you guys were busy.
Ahhh, Cyber Monday. That explains it. We were closed since Thursday, so when we got to work Monday morning, we started with the orders that came after we closed on the Wednesday before and worked through 5 days worth of orders just to get to yours. :) Thank you for understanding though, I appreciate it. I hope you liked what you got!
Ok this is nuts, I ordered over 15 flavors in all sizes a little over an hour ago and it just now shipped!!! They are on top of it today!
Weird. Maybe both times they were just super busy. I may give them another shot.
For me, the only time it's taken longer for them to give my package to USPS the next day has been in understandable circumstances. I.e. big sale, or weekend (Rich gives his employees a good mom-fri schedule and thats another reason I buy from them). I've had over 30 (?) orders from them in diy/juice over the years and its reliable.
unfortunately I will not be ordering from gremlindiy again. I placed a large order from them on cyber Monday and although they shipped it out in a reasonable time (I think it took three days to ship and in sure they were slammed with orders), usps did not get it delivered to me until late Dec. 14th, over two weeks from when I ordered. I also placed an order with bcv and cathousevapes that same day and they each arrived much much sooner. I live in Ohio and I believe this play a large role in those shipping times. So nothing against gremlindiy I was satisfied with them, but I'm not okay with waiting that long for delivery.
