Im looking to make a strawberry milkshake without using any type of custard. I know that things like CAP vanilla custard V1 TFA vaniilla swirl and such are highly regarded but nothing seems to give me what i am looking for. I want a milkshake that is MILKY closer to strawberry milk than milkshake. I've experimented with TFA marshmallow and dairy/milk along with ripe strawberry but everything i create is just too weak or not milky enough and now, I'm kinda at a loss. has anyone tried Fresh03's milkshake Im considering adapting this to add more milkiness? any advice. I'm trying also trying to avoid ending up with something that tastes like these sweet things. does anyone have any suggestions? a mcdonalds thick shake is aa good comparison as to what i am looking for.
If you want milk, FA Fresh Cream is the thing. Just unsweetened, plain milky cream. No vanilla, custard, or heaviness. Combine with TFA Marshmallow and TFA Sweet Cream to give it body and sweetness.
One of my favorite cereal recipes uses a base of:
3% Fresh Cream (FA)
2% Bavarian Cream (TFA)
2% Marshmallow (TFA)
1.5% Sweet Cream (TFA)
Could you share the rest of that recipe?
It's Tongue Fuck by /u/i_seen and /u/tet5uo.
7% Fruit Circles (TFA)
2.5% Berry Crunch (TFA)
3% Fresh Cream (FA)
2% Bavarian Cream (TFA)
2% Marshmallow (TFA)
1.5% Sweet Cream (TFA)
looks like i'll be ordering some FA any experience with TFA dairy/milk?
This is my favorite. I call it Pink Milk.
3% Strawberry (Ripe) (TFA)
2% Strawberry (TFA)
2% Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TFA)
2% Vanilla Custard v2 (CAP)
0.5% Meringue (FA)
1% Hazelnut (FW) (I think this is a key to a milky taste)
1% Dairy / Milk (TFA)
1% Fresh Cream (FA)
I mix at 30/70, 6mg nic.
I'd be happy to hear any suggestions. I was also going for a thick milkshake not a custard, so I may try a batch using bavarian + sweet creams instead of that custard v2. I used it because it seems to make it taste thicker? Don't want to up the VBIC because that has a weird taste for me at higher levels.. not peppery, I just don't like it. I could up the Fresh Cream and Dairy a bit too.
I'm vaping this without the raspberry, and Marshmallow (CAP) instead of the malted milk.
Its very sweet even without the sucralose/sweetener (trying to think of something nice and tart to throw in there, probably should be raspberry :D )... but its very tasty

I've been searching for the same kind of flavor for a while. One of the nicest ones I've made was using only capella flavoring, I'm wondering if you swap out the whipped cream flavor with sweet cream if it would be better.
6% Sweet Strawberry (CAP)
6% Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (CAP)
3% Vanilla Whipped Cream (CAP)
NotCharlesManson's strawberry vanilla in the Flavorah recipe thread on the sidebar. Strawberry milk basically.
Forgot about this. Thanks for the mention!
No problem. Been vaping a lot of your recipes in between the ones I make. I have the same flavor preferences as you so I know they're all tasty
Try FlavorArts Veinna Cream. I love this stuff.
I am also working on a strawberry brulee - INW brulee, TFA Vanilla Swirl, Flavor Art Strawberry ( the best strawberry I have ever tasted) with a touch of butterscotch.
Something along the lines of:
3ml FlavorArt Strawberry .6 Brulee INW .6 Vanilla swirl TPA Drops of Butterscotch (kind of creamy) A drop or two of FA Lemon Sicilly Possibly add in Flavor Art Veinna Cream or Flavor Art Fresh Cream
I work mostly with Flavor Art. To experiment, I would work with Vienna Cream, meringue and fresh cream to try for a creaminess that is not a vanilla custard base.
Is the INW Crème Brûlée good by itself?
Honestly, I havent tried it that way and I really should to understand the flavor better. I know it smells alcoholy, but that doewnt come out in my mixes so far. I really just started to experiment with it.
....Is that recipe for a 30ml? 3mls of strawberry would be 10% of the recipe...far, far too high. .6ml would be 2%
Stick to 2-4% FA Strawberry, or add some FLV strawberry if that's still not enough.
I made this one recently, which I think tastes a lot like a strawberry milkshake :)
Ingredient|% :---|---: Red Touch (Strawberry) (FA)|2.1 Strawberry (Ripe) (TPA)|4 Sweet Strawberry (CAP)|2.8 Yogurt (FW)|4
Flavor total: 12.9%

Looks like I'm by myself on this one but molinberry has a specific flavor called milkshake. http://www.vaperstek.org/molin-berry-flavors/ I actually love this flavor. A tad weak for me but molin berry is diketone free so they are definitely worth a look
