The Raspberry Custard recipe from the contest a little while back is absolutely phenomenal. I made a 30ml batch and let it steep the full 10 days and wow! Quickly made 4 ounces afterwards. Thanks for this delicious recipe and all of your contribution here /u/coop34

Raspberry Custard This seems like the place to post my best original. I hardly ever post my recipes because, well, they seemed inadequate. But not this one! I have been tweaking this for the last couple of months. It is by far the best representation of any raz custard that I have tried. The factor that brought it together for me was the combo of the 2 raspberries. TFA is good, just too light on it's own, and INW is pretty stout. Perfect together. The meringue gives it the sweetness, the fresh cream gives smoothness, and we know there's only one VC to use when going for perfection. The FA Apple pie gives that crusty goodness. I've left out or subbed at all different %, and this is what works best for me. Cap Vanilla Custard V1 5% FA Apple Pie 2% INW Raspberry 1% TFA Sweet Raspberry 2% FA Fresh Cream 1% FA Meringue 1% Needs at least 4 days to come together, really best from 10 days on.
Edit: Sorry I copy and pasted and the format came out a little ugly
