Here is a fast way to mix up juice! No shaking, no blenders, no stir plates etc.

What you should try to do is get a small man to shake your juice for you...then throw him in the dryer

How do you mix your juice? Just curious.

I have a hotplate I use for large batches for myself. But when testing and making new recipes I just use a little elbow grease. Though I am eyeing down a test tube agitator on Ebay which would be pretty cool.

Do you think the hotplate speeds steeping without negative effects? I usually just shake by hand or mix larger batches on a stir plate.

Perfect. This is my next DIY project.

this is what I do with everyone's juice that orders from New Day Alchemy.

How did you find my secret?

I don't do this with retail bottles, it's unprofessional and it messes up the labels :P

Now I just need a dryer...

And now you have just used enough power running loads of juice through the dryer that you have almost completely negated any and all savings from just buying premium juices from a B&M.

The dryer motor uses 300 watts, no heat. I spin them for 30 minutes. 0.15 kilowatt-hours = 5-10 bottles of juice mixed for exactly $0.01 here in Oregon.

No heat? But heat would help quick steep them! ...BTW, I have actually considered doing this, but wrapping up the bottles in a sock or glove or something.

I usually insert a bottle of juice into my anus and proceed to forcefully fart for a few minutes. The heat from my anus warms the juice to the perfect temp, while the gaseous vibrations mix the juice to a perfect consistency.

That's brilliant! I've been shoving them up my ass then getting into the dryer. Your way is much better

I tried this exactly once. The wife grabbed the wrong purse and showed back up minutes after she had left instead of hours.

I'm not allowed to touch the dryer again.

We won't even get started on the time I left a sheet of .223 brass drying in the oven... I'm wasn't allowed to touch that either until she realized it meant she was gonna do all the cooking.

hahaha yes

I do the same, but to save my sanity of hearing the bottles bounce around I throw them in a sock, tie the end, then stuff that into another sock. Keeps the noise down and protects the bottles from getting scuffed up.

I put mine in a baggie, and throw them in the washer

i used to have one of these for mixing the shit out of little 60ml bottles of hobby paint, it worked great till i stepped on it.

you can also get a paint shaker like this, they also sell them in harbor freight if you dont want to spend 200 at homedepot.

Sounds like it would work well with some lube ;)

What's so wrong with the old way of using your armpits for warmth?

Buttcheck anyone?

I've stuck them in my bra.

Wonder if there's a market for boob-steeped juice?

by SinkMixalmost 10 years ago

I think it depends if you are male or female.

Actually, there probably is a market for both

I clicked this expecting you to be ruining your juice. Have an upvote instead.

You can only do this for your personal stash?

Damn. I was gonna start a juice company and buy 6 dryers to constantly presteep at a massive markup.

Not sure if trolling or being serious. But no, your juice didn't get shaken well.

It does in fact mix up the separated PG and VG, you can tell by looking at it or tasting it.

0 points

by Kiickialmost 10 years ago

It depends on how much VG there is in the juice. From the video, it doesn't seem like the machine is going that fast. It seems like the juice just slides down. It's like rolling your bottles on your floor, and think that your juice is properly mixed.

by barraralmost 10 years agoMixologist

Not exactly. They are carried to the top and they drop straight down. The impact forces the denser VG through the PG. It does work. You can try it yourself :P
