LB customer service: 5 stars.

Liter of nic I received in the mail - thank god they put it in that bag: http://imgur.com/a/BelVi

Turns out the cap wasn't tightened well. I was able to tighten it almost an entire turn. Then I shook well and poured it all into my 1000ml beaker for easier pouring into boston rounds for the freezer: http://imgur.com/uzhtgYi

100 ml short. I never would have guessed that much leaked out into the bag.

I sent and email with pics to Bobby at LB and a PM here to /u/liquidbarn.

Bobby’s (fast) response: I do apologize, we usually never have that happen to us. I just got off the phone with our warehouse manager he is letting all his people know that cannot happen again. Thank you for sending those pictures by the way, that really helps us out on our end for quality control purposes.

And he’s sending me a 120ml bottle to replace what leaked.

Mistakes do happen, they are bound to. it's about how you deal with it.

Edit: I do believe when he says "I just got off the phone with our warehouse manager" he means he said something like "WTF IS THIS SHIT!? FIIIXX IT!!!!!

I had a similar experience with some glass bottles I ordered just being packed loosely in a bag and most of them were broken by the time they got to me.

Bobby responded quickly and got replacement bottles sent out. Apparently they have had some issues with their warehouse lately but they seem to be great about making things right when there's a problem. Good on them.

and the moral of the story is this, if you are a supplier and you are shipping FUCKING POISON, dont trust the cap alone, i once seen a video by wayne walker were ta supplier sent him half a bottle with a retarded fuking lid and no other protection, i can see the day were a postal worker gets soaked with this shit then the shit will hit the fan and the "ban diy banners" will be out in force . just sayin...

Shouldn't be a worry. let's be honest, It went from being bottled in a clean room and capped (just not extremely tightly) to being bagged.

Not much room for contamination, though there is some but nominal.

The only thing is it could be slightly oxidized, which we will find out fully when he vapes it, though from looking at the color of the nic, it's not super dark or anything so my honest guess is that it will be fine.

Maybe I'm being a little bit paranoid here (definitely paranoid), but if I were Liquid Barn I would have replaced the item and told OP to throw what he got in the bin. You never know.

Contaminated? No.

It may be Slightly oxidized, but I'm not particularly concerned about it, considering the color.

Keeps fresher much longer. A liter of nicotine is quite a bit -- even the little 250 mL bottle of nicotine I have will last me almost 2 years, so it goes in the freezer.

LB has my vote. NN was great, but it seems there's been too many issues lately. LB is great and has been way more consistent for me. And there was the whole issue with nude nic sending wrong strengths.
