Here's how it runs. 4 mins was enough to mix with minimal bubbles:

Are bubbles bad? I usually shake the shit out of the bottle until the bubbles are fully dispersed through the liquid.

I'm also curious about this because when I shake mine I always create a lot of bubbles that sometimes stick around for a day or so. You'd think bubbles are a good thing, that it helps with the oxidation of the juice.

I thought the little bubbles accelerated the oxidation of the nicotine also, which is bad...

Is the whole idea to reduce bubbles? Damn here I've been shaking the shit out of everything I mix.

Cool idea! Thanks for taking the time to make a guide. Id be down for it but how loud is it in person?

Rip headphone users. Haha

Not really loud. I don't know why the video is loud :)))

Why not make a magnetic stirrer instead?

I mix in 20ml batches. I find it very small amount to deal with the overhead of dirty dishes. If I were mixing 100ml or more probably this would be my preference too.

You can leave a stirrer tab inside the bottle until it's empty.

Great point! But I don't trust those made in China plastic/metal pieces to remain too long in my eliquid.

That's really cool! I use a Milk Frother to mix my juices while they get a warm bath.

I was expecting the rpm to be much higher; I guess I wanted to see the glass bottle fly across your room in a blaze of glory. Was pleasantly surprised when I watched the video. Great project, OP, thanks for sharing.

Nice idea. What's the max rpm for that motor?

30 rpm. I'm planning to slow it down a notch electrically. I use 70% VG, it seems too fast for that viscosity.

Yeah that's cool and all but a magnetic stirrer would probably be more efficient and easier to build too ;)

Magnetic stirrer for large batches. This would be perfect for my 15 mL sample bottles

I hear the magnetic stirrers don't do well with thick liquid, so if your making 80% VG and up it might not work as well. Maybe there's some higher power ones out there.

It won't be an issue if you use the magnetic stirrer with an adjustable hotplate though.
