Looking for fizz

I have heard about triacetin and tfa champagne, and champagne is not doing the trick.

Im creating sodas, and I need that fizz in the mouth. like carbonation. Any molecule that will give me that effect?

I've used tfa chapange and several colas and Mt dews. Really didn't give the desired affect. I've chimed in on this topic before. I have had a juice that gave the fizz effect. I'm not sure if it was triacetin but as far as far as flavoring its been hard to achieve.

You can try egg whites. The protein produces a foam that hangs onto and amplifies the fizz in some alcoholic drinks. Check it out, dude!

TFA Citrus Punch (P.K.A. "TFA Mtn.Dew") packs a sizzle. Rumors say it's caused by "Vitamin E" which is one of the ingredients.
