I sure do, but not for liquids. In regards to fluid dynamics, I can't for the life of me see how this would accomplish much with liquids.

Not my line of work, but that looks more like it's intended to give just enough mixing to keep solids in suspension. With liquids of different densities like PG and VG, I don't see how this would do anything at all.
Here's my rotary mixer before the sides and hinged lid were put on. It handles 2 5qt barrels are a time.
Can you make one lightly heated? Like those hot dog things at 7-11?
Only for hot dog flavorings.
Wouldn't this separate the flavors?
IIRC this should mix them by agitating them. If they were mounted to something by one fix point on the bottle and spun fast enough, that would separate them.
Right, the effectiveness is getting the correct RPM so the air bubble pushes the liquid around itself. So the air bubble is always "chasing" to the top. I think 0-30 RPM should cover anything from a 15ml to 1 gallon.
Off topic but, could I duck tape a 30ML flavor I REALLY want to try to my tire and go out for a 20 min night cruise?
I've been ~~thinking~~ dreaming about when I get really big on production, mixing batches in 55 gallon drums and not mixing them but slowly rotating them like this for 3 months. than releasing.
I used a similar setup at a previous job to process soil samples. We put titanium rods of different sizes inside the containers and rotated them for several days. It doesn't seem like that would be an ideal method for liquids though. It works great on hard to grind solids because they get trapped between the rods where they overlap and are broken down, you wouldn't get the same effect in a liquid medium.
We use ar-12 thumblers rock tumblers for 1l and 1gal aliquots to accomplish the same task :) ~150-200 for a new unit
Off topic, but I use this for mixing mine, and it does an awesome job.
Hmm.. I thought you were talking about these... any other DJ nerds in tha House?
