Yay, Playdough flavored donuts! Godspeed!
playdough? have you ever tried it? so far, its my favorite strawberry doughnut flavor
I think he is talking about the flavoring glazed doughnut, not the retail juice.
Its not anywhere near the amount of Glazed Doughnut (CAP) that is normally used in a recipe. It takes up almost none of the overall total. Im currently on batch one of the revised recipe (I had many other failed experiments with GD, but not with this flavor profile).
Currently its pretty close, I just need to tweak some things to 1.) Make the frosting shine and 2.) Make the doughnut the star, but not to have a big head about it. (Because currently its trying so hard to be the main attraction of the recipe)
Also It looks like the type of recipe with a minimal steep time but will get better with age. (if that even makes "logical" sense)
Sucralose 10%
CAP glazed donut 7%
TFA Strawberry Ripe 3%
That's my half assed guess.
Thats a hell of a lot of sweetener. But no. Not that close. Sorry. Play again.
Um so where's the recipe? Or were you just trying to drum up some excitement about something in the works?
Even if it's not done, why not post where you are at with it rather than just a Simpsons image?
Its really just to drum up hype at the moment. (I wont lie) Its about 60%-75% there, and I'll share the recipe once its ready.
Edit: Also the Simpsons image is to help understand the flavor profile I am shooting towards.
Drum up hype for what?
You plan on selling it? Or starting a new website with a newsletter you what to charge people for?
Upvote in the works. Until then, enjoy this image
I would love to find a reason to waste the rest of my CAP glazed donut. So far I've gone through about 7ml of concentrate and everything ends up tasting AND smelling like wet newspaper. I've used various % and no matter what it still has that distinct taste and aroma.
