Rave about TFA customer service!

So I just got into DIY and I ordered a whole bunch of samples from TFA. About 2 hours after ordering, I realized that I had ordered everything in samples of 4 ml. In my head, I guess I was reading 4 oz and thought "1.40 for 4 oz? What a deal!" I immediately called customer service and they said they'd cancel the order no problem, then I could reorder in the 15 ml sample sizes I wanted.

Yesterday when I went out to my mailbox, I found 2 packages from TFA. It was both orders. I called TFA again to ask them what I needed to do about the mixup and they said no worries, consider it some free samples! I didn't order just 5 or 6 samples either; this is an order of over 30 samples!

Thanks TFA, you guys are awesome and I will definitely be ordering from you again!

TLDR: Got tons of free samples because I am a dunce.

I ordered through tfa a while back and payed with bitcoin and incorrectly payed (like 14$ short on a 170 order) so I called in and the manager said she had no problems with it at all and not only sent my order out but shipped extras. I was shocked to say the least, pretty nice people over there.

My gf and I also ordered a ton of flavors from TFA. Was not disappointed, also someone hand wrote a thank you on the order which was nice. We did not recieve our shipment on time but that had nothing to do with TFA it was all the post offices fault.
