I'd like to formally apologize to gremlin diy for my earlier post I believe they are doing what they can to get the issue resolved for me in a timely manner. And I will continue to order from them there was miscommunication somewhere along the line and I got frustrated but definitely wanna apologize for that. I don't know how to tag them in this so if someone reads it and knows how please tag em for me

Ya I've been beatin myself up all day over this whole situation. I guess im guilty of being human also and then add a bad monday morning to it and you get 100% jerk, hence the public apology to all the gremlins
They were awesome to still help me out and deal with me being the problem as professionally as is possible to do. Gotta give a big shout out to them for that. Rich and all the staff over there have been super helpful even though I was an asshole about it. If and when there is a next time something like this happens I'll definitely approach it differently. I guess it's a hard lesson learned but that's what it's all about living and learning everyone makes mistakes only this wasn't their mistake and they are still actively helping get it fixed. A1 customer service from gremlin that's for sure.
Update to this. Gremlin went out of their way to help me when i needed it. Definitely referring anyone I can,to the great people over there in Washington they sent a fax to my bank and my bank released my money to me and I was able to go ahead and make the order from them that I needed and pay my bills with the rest if the money, so it all worked out and the people at gremlin diy are just the greatest. Thank you guys so much
