ECX is located in Bellingham, Washington which is a college town (western Washington university) and is just south of the Canada border. There are an ungodly amount of hipsters there. If you're ever up there, drive around. It's unbelievable. It's like the hippies never left the 60's and grouped in Bellingham fucking Washington

He's using a 6mg base. It's just unflavored juice. I do the same. Should I be shaking it. I thought that was for really high nic concentrates. I mean I don't shake every bottle I use before vaping. It's the same percentage.
