I had ordered 30ML of 100MG nicotine from ecig express. I had also gotted a free 15ML sample from nude nicotine. The one from nude nicotine was clear. The one from ecig express (doubtfully due to the red label) has a pink tint. And now I'm almost out of the nic from nude nicotine. Going to try to get the ecig express replaced today. I feel like I've read somewhere that a pink think is OK. Is this fine? There's no peppery scent.
Try some with no flavouring, just PG, VG and nic. If it tastes like anything, then the nic is "bad". How bad that is depends on your own tastes, tolerances and how much you care.
Personally I like my nic to be as clear as possible, with no discernible taste.

I bought a gallon of nic from Liquid Barn and it was pink. Smelled a little fishy too, but I don't taste anything in the juice.

Yeah, I had some from Liquid Barn that turned pink pretty quick on me (was a 30ml sample of 100mg.) Everyone said it was just slight oxidation and nothing to be worried about. (They did say that in some circumstances the quantity of nicotine in the solution would likely go down as the age went up)
I used it from clear to pink and never noticed any difference.
I keep my base in the fridge but I keep out 50mls for use and refill it when needed. For some reason, after a couple of weeks the latest refill turned pink. the stuff in the fridge is still mostly clear. I used it anyway and there's no off taste, no smell and seems to be as potent. If it's only 30 mls I'd use it and not worry about it.
According to CXTC (last paragraph) Nitrogen can impart a pink hue to nicotine. It's possible they replaced the air inside the bottle with nitrogen to stop it oxidizing. The first bottle of nicotine I ever purchased was pink. However it had a horrible scent and a ridiculously harsh throat hit. Give it a try and if it tastes like shit send it back.
Just oxidizing. It's fine but the shelf life isn't as long as fresh nic. Does ecig express still put their nic in clear bottles, vs dark or opaque bottles like they should be?

Heartland Vapes is another option. Nic is always clear, and I've never had bad nic from them in the past. Their prices are hard to beat. I bought a liter of 100mg VG nic from them a long time ago and put it in my freezer. Even months later when I go to get more out it's crystal clear still, no pink hue, no peppery smell or taste. Good as the day I got it.
Agreed. I normally use carolina xtract but wanted to pull my cost up to free shipping level with Heartland and figured I'd get a liter of their nic to test out. Crystal clear, no taste, really no different than carolina. Will see how it holds up over time but right now it's 2 thumbs up.
Are they really way better than most companies? I see nothing wrong with the one from ECIG express and I have a massive order im placing on all the supplies I need next week. I was planning on getting 120ML and putting it in the freezer as I am just getting it for a later date.
