Twice now I've had an issue where they don't fulfill my order properly when I have ordered multiple bottles of their nicotine base. First time I ordered 2 x 250ml bottles and received 1. Today I received my order for 3 x 1000ml bottles and again received just 1. Has this happened to anyone else?

My comment history is turning into nothing but nude nicotine. They are a shit company with shitty excuses everytime they fail to deliver. If you dont mind paying too much, waiting weeks for your order even though they have a 24 hour shipping guarantee (oh and they'll print the label so you get a tracking number but won't actually ship the package), having your order pulled incorrectly, or having your nicotine be of an extremely high strength you didn't order, then buy Nude Nicotine! Find a new place to go for nicotine.
I'm sorry to be that guy, but they sure went down the drain quick. They used to be great when they hit the market, but fuck it's difficult to order from them when stuff is wrong or the nic solution is harsh. Just my 2 cents.

TL;dl: he recalled all of the nicotine from that day an replaced it all and tested every one he got back over and over with a more accurate test than the Sulfuric Acid test done by that poster and they all came back normal. This is including the nicotine that was sent to the user in question, though they were all created together. Most likely that person drew from a hotspot. He explains how they make it and it wouldn't be possible for almost double the nicotine to even fit in the container it's mixed in.

We did have a recent new hire on the packaging line and have had a bit of quantity discrepancies in the past week, no getting around that. If you need me to, I can expedite the x2 on a faster shipping and get them out this morning :)
I'm thinking this is an honest human error in the packaging process by the newer employee but if different please let me investigate.

Search Nude Nicotine and sort by new. It's a big problem recently.
The first time, with the missing 250ml bottle, I took photos and emailed them and got no response... being I was out just $11, I just sort of passed it off... This time, I had a bad feeling when placing an order of 3 of the same bottle... and it's a bit more serious as I'm out $56 this time... I like their product so it would be nice if they could straighten out whatever is causing the issue.
