I accidentally cloned a local B&M's juice. May I present: Cinnamon Vanilla Custard
submitted almost 10 years ago by adamrehardOne of "The Damned"

They sold it as a cinnamon muffin.

Cinnamon Vanilla Custard

Ingredient|% :---|---: Bourbon (Vanilla Bourbon) (FA)|1.5 Cinnamon Ceylon (FA)|1 Cream Whipped (FA)|1 Custard (FA)|2

Flavor total: 5.5%

NOTE: Contains Diacetyl. Tasty, tasty diacetyl.

Pretty sure this actually doesn't contain Diacetyl

Edit: I stand corrected -- FA Whipped Cream is full of venom and fire

Yeah, I don't think I see anything that would have it there. Maybe the whipped cream? Is that from FA's food flavoring line?

Yep. that's the one :)

Thanks daath -- didn't know about that flavor

It may very well contain diacetyl considering this recipe includes a flavor concentrate from the kitchen magic line.

I find it rather humorous that the inclusion of harmful compounds is trendy in this sub.

Humorous, maybe, but sane. We do so knowing the risks, mixing for ourselves.

Thanks. The guy who posted that info 3 hours before you happened to point that out as I'm sure you're aware. Glad you also find it humorous about the apparent trend of vaping harmful compounds is around here. Maybe you should reflect on vaping itself and realize that it's probably not very safe to begin with.

Vaping itself is really too ambiguous a topic to really have a dialogue over. If we take the minimalist approach of unflavored 100% VG, it is hard to really craft a meaningful argument that this form of vaping is any where near the level of harm of eating processed foods or living a sedentary lifestyle, for example.

Obviously the conversation is more complex than that, as you have to assess heavy metals/other unforeseen matter in the aerosol but from what studies have been published little evidence has been provided to warrant concern over appreciable traceable damage.

Which goes back to how weak the typical response of generalizing the act of vaping is/comparing it to smoking to overlook distinguished differences presented in what risks to health may exist.

The whipped cream does.

FA Cream Whipped does.

Edit: I find it odd that people are getting upvoted for saying there's no diacetyl even though I actually provide a link to the manufacturers own site, where they themselves state that it does.

Edit2: Turns out the auto-spam monitoring blocked my comment!

FA Cream Whipped does contain Diacetyl and other diketones.

KillerFlavors sells a Cinnamon Custard flavor. Haven't tried it. Just thought I'd let you know.

The recipe on ELR is marked as private. Might want to change that.

Thanks for the recipe.

What does cinnamon ceylon taste like? I've been exploring various cins lately.

I think it tastes like a nice bakery cinnamon.

I've never tried Cin Danish Swirl, but I wouldn't say it does. It's just plain cinnamon.
