I came across a tobacco flavor here from /u/furyxus called Fury. I mixed it up last weekend and gave it a go last night with a few drinks. Great drunk vape. Highly recommend. Since I got a few flavors to make it, I decided to throw something together with a couple of them mixed with some I had. Here's what I tried:
5% Black Mile Plus (Ecig Express)
2% Bavarian Cream (TFA)
2% French Vanilla v2 (CAP)
1% Black Fire (FA)
I've got a 6% mix of Black Mile Plus sitting right now, so I can't really say too much on how it tastes on its own, but the smell almost reminds me of the chocolate candy Riesen. I'm really excited to try it on its own. Everyone knows about Bavarian Cream and French Vanilla. In this mix I think they really mellow out the Black Fire, which is kind of an intimidating flavor. Very strong smell like a camp fire. Definitely needs something to mellow it out, and I think the Bavarian Cream and French Vanilla do a great job.
There's a flavor that really lingers on the tongue on this one after the exhale. Almost a nutty feeling. I have it mixed max VG, and it has a really bold and wet feel to it.
Anyway, just thought I would share for the fellow tobacco fans. I could definitely use this for an ADV.
Edit: I realized I didn't give any details on my setup. Mutation X v2 with one row of holes shut off. Dual contact coils with 26g kanthal- 9 wraps. Sitting at .54 ohms. Vaping at 60 watts.
If I had to guess, the nutty feeling you get is from the black mile +. I might give this a go! The 1% black fire scares me a bit lol, but I might try for the sake of curiosity. Glad to see someone pick am up and improve on Fury!
After I tasted Fury I was a little worried about that 1% too, but it's really not very prominent. It kind of hides in the background. Might be good to play around with some FA Dessert Ship in this too. But for right now I'm really enjoying it. Going to test its ADV potential for a couple days.
Thanks, I just mixed up a batch of this. I also discovered Black Mile Plus from the Fury recipe. I really like it just for the chocolate flavor. I can't detect any tobacco notes from it, though. I use it in Mudville, a Bronuts derivative that I recently came up with.
That sounds good. I really like Black Mile, but it annihilates coils.
Yeah I rewicked last night to give it a go and everything is already getting pretty dark. It's the price I pay for only vaping tobaccos.
