Is there a need for a "lab" that can mix, bottle, label, and distribute your recipes/juice line? You pay X amount to bring it to market and split the profits with me.

There's plenty of companies that to this now, and I've noticed a huge quality drop from them. Cuttwood, Buckshot, Cosmic Fog...all great when I started vaping now they're just meh...

There are already a lot of co-packers and distributors. Some of the bigger players in the game are all mass-produced by said companies. Space Jam, Suicide Bunny, etc. All not even being manufactured by the company whose logo they bear.

Wolfpack distributes and bottles suicide bunny. Dripclub does this for vaping rabbit and some other lines, Triton distribution and kehlani ditribution bottle and label a lot of the local juice lines in texas.

I thought this already existed in some form. It probably does, I feel like I've seen it it but I'm pretty much just mixing for myself and a couple of friends and don't need it.

That said, even if it does exist, competition is always good! I'd be surprised if there is as much of an all-in-one service that you're describing with the labeling and distribution.

Yup, my 2 upcoming brands are both mass produced by others. We have a small cleanroom for R&D and then everything from production to shipping is taken care of off site.

This allows for small or large companies to remove the need for many employees. The lab/production company I use has a set price and I know how much I pay per bottle.

All, I pay is for my sales team, marketing team and the small team I have for mixologist. Which still sounds like a lot but imagine having 5-6 more people filling bottles, packing, and shipping bottles plus the floor space and overhead

Hey Badlay,

I work for an E-liquid company that has just launched a website which allows users to create their own recipes. It's attempting to simplify E-liquid recipes for the general user and we run it through a algorithm which uses different multipliers for different flavours concentrates to make the user created juices taste great. We use clean rooms and try to make it as safe as possible.

Once a user has created his recipe he can share the juice and for each purchase of that particular juice he has made, he is rewarded 50 pence.

We are looking for independent/ small craft producers to build up our database and selection. While the customiser probably doesn't allow you to make the juice exactly how you want currently you can send me a PM and you can manually give directions.

I would never do this, simply from a control perspective. Your product reflects you and your brand, if I am going to make mistakes, have inconsistency, etc. I want to be able to (hopefully) catch it, fixes it fast, and take action to reimburse affected customers.

That's exactly why you'd sub-contract it out to others. A company dedicated to mixing this type of product and does it day in and day out is going to do a better and more consistent job than any new startup juice company could manage.
