Let's do it ONE MORE DAY!
Sale now ends at the end of the day, Thursday September 24th
Keep in mind, this is a private sale just for this sub. It isn't advertised anywhere else. Also, we LOVE getting flavor requests, so if we don't have your favorite flavor, let us know in the comments of your order, but please remember to not only mention the flavor, but the brand as well. :)

Good evening everyone! I don't know if YOU know or not, but tonight will be the Autumnal Equinox, Halfway between the Summer and the Winter versions. To celebrate this, I thought I would announce a sale here to let those who already shop with us have some savings, as well as be a chance for us to introduce ourselves to those that have not heard of us yet. (I know you are out there!)
Simply put, the coupon code is "fall" and is good for 15% off all regularly priced items. No sale items are included as they are already on sale. :) (I.E. the "add to cart" on the Bronuts recipe items.)
All the items from the last round are back in stock, so you can actually get Joy, Biscuit and the others in one place again. :) Sadly, the Fresh Cream and Fuji are still on order.
(Now please have a moment of silence while I pray that I have the inventory system in place and working and I won't oversell any items this time! hehehe)
The Gremlins are truly amazing. I excitedly placed my first order with Gremlin DIY this month but was initially a bit disappointed when my order ran into a stocking issue (hinted at in the original post) and subsequent shipping delay. However, my issue was met with amazing professionalism, honesty, and generosity. I was more than adequately compensated for the minor delay.
Despite the savings that my wholesale accounts with the main players may offer, I still choose Gremlin DIY over the rest.
Thanks for the coupon code! I placed my third order this morning and it has already been shipped. Awesome!
Edit: I forgot to mention that the owner personally handled my issue...while on vacation. These guys rock.
I wrote the emails, but I absolutely give the Gremlins in the shop all the credit in the world for getting everything handled for me while I was away. Without a doubt, the best crew ever! (And Alaska was absolutely beautiful. Even got to see the Northern Lights before we left town!)
I had no intention of shorting your staff any of the credit. Which is why I said the "Gremlins" as a whole are amazing. Next time any of you are in Austin, TX beers are on me.
Any plans on offering FA in 4oz? My only reason for sticking with BCV instead of just swapping over all my business.
I'll talk it over with the next managers meeting. I think we have enough to do that now, but it still scares me with the last run on it we had. Joy is the only FlavourArt flavor we could offer that large, but it is a viable option now.
I told myself I wasn't going to buy anymore flavors for a little bit. That idea went out the window :).
I'm also excited since this should mean I am getting my Joy from a previous order. I made Bronuts with meringue, but I want to see how it compares to the original.
:) I hope you have already received a tracking number for that earlier today. Not knowing real names makes it hard to send notes here. HAHA But, we are hopefully caught up with that last mess. If you didn't get one, PM me so I can make sure you are taken care of.
From looking at the BRONUTS order it looks like (if I ordered it) I'd get 15 ml of each ingredient, but considering that you use like 10x Chocolate Glazed Donut relative to the other ingredients it would only makes sense to order this combo once, and then order like 130ml of Chocolate Glazed Donut. This seems like an odd way to sell ingredients intended for producing BRONUTS.
I'm pretty sure I would be much better off buying 5 ml of FW's Yellow Cake ($1.75), 5 ml of FA's Joy (1.75), 5 ml of INW's Biscuit ($3.00) , and 60 ml of Cap's Chocolate glazed donut (2x $5.00) for a whole $4.50 extra (ignoring the discount, 2.02 with the discount). Then I'd be able to make 800 ml of bronuts, vs 200 ml.
To me there is either a labeling problem, or a product problem.
Edit, I'm ignoring the fact that you use a little bit more yellow cake for simplicity / rounding. I'm mostly trying to point out it's a bad idea to order 15ml of each ingredient.
It's convenience, not a requirement. :) Not everyone makes Bronuts, but these flavors all on their own are very popular purchases. I know if I got only 5ml of biscuit, I would be mad at myself because it is way too good for way too many things. To follow your logic (which is very sound) I would simply pre make the recipe in a large batch and sell 15ml bottles of it, that would be easy, but where's the fun in that? :) This is DIY. Gremlin Juice is for premade.
No error, no problem and certainly no product problem.
