What The Fuji?!
submitted about 10 years ago by NotCharlesManson

Last week, I made the most delicious goddamn thing I think I've ever made. What The Fuji?!

All FA flavors:

Banana 2.5%

Caramel 1.5%

Cream Fresh 2.5%

Fuji Apple 3.5%

Honey .25%

Meringue 1%

Vienna Cream 1.5%

I've been on a big apple kick lately and noticed I still had some FA Honey left over. I'd been combining random shit with Fuji, seeing what played together well. Honey. That's what fucking plays together well with Fuji. You might say they could be bff4lyfers. I obviously wanted the Fuji to stand out, and the honey to bring sweetness to counterbalance the tartness of the apple. I also wanted a hint of another fruit to come through, and that's where FA Banana comes in. I can't help but think of banana Laffy Taffy when I use this flavor. I also wanted some creaminess, which is where I used my now rarely deviated Cream Fresh, Vienna Cream, and Meringue combo. I added some FA Caramel to try to blend together with the banana like I like it. I think I accomplished that pretty well here.

It seems like with every vape, I taste a little more or a little less of the apple, caramel, or banana. The honey seems to be pretty consistent, as well as the caramel. I have this weird gift of being able to nail a recipe the first time I try, and anything small I try to change just muddles everything up and it's not as good afterwards. Let me know what you guys think, and if you change anything for the better, please let me know so I can try. As a SAV, it's decent, but it really needs a few days for the creams to get to know the honey. After that, it's magical and will extend the length of your penis (or vagina!) by at least .2mm, guaranteed by myself personally.

For the sake of some old pals on here, I didn't wait to link until the bottom of the post. Love you greasy fucks.

You used FA Honey, I see! .. Sold. I loved your HoneyBee and did comment on what I tasted . I will try that one and let you know for sure .

Haha yeah, I think the 5ml I got a while back would probably last me a good year if I wanted to use it after that long. Thanks for the kind words on Honeybee and definitely let me know what you think on this one.

I haven't seen anything like this used in a commercial line, but I'd probably buy some to see what they did with the profile. It reminds me a bit of Lenola Cream, with the flavor changing a bit with every vape.

Will do in the next two days . The recipe looks solid and got me thinking on the Vienna Cream !!

I will mix this up and then replace the Vienna with FA Catalan Cream. The citrus note in it might add something new to the mix and will pair really well with Fuji and Honey ! might also boost your caramel and add an overall spice .

I will try 10ml of each variation and let you know .

I'm trying this too, hopefully tonight. I don't have any honey, but I think I will enjoy it without it too!

Didn't have all the flavours but I stumbled upon your recipe looking for a Fuji Apple mix.

Swapped Banana for Watermelon Swapped Honey for Cotton Candy and added a few drops of Malic

Seems to be tasting awesome! Cheers for the guidance :)

I have all the flavors for the recipe if I make the same substitutions you made. How did it turn out?

Not bad actually! Great Fuji flavour, mellowed by the creams. I think the watermelon is bit lost but it somehow mellows out the fuji. Would add more cotton candy just for the sweetness.

Grew 0.1mm just reading it. The creams aren't muting the rest? Nice blend!

Not that I can tell. It brings down the sharpness of Fuji just a bit, but the way they blend together with the honey makes it worth it. I could add in some more pretentious bullshit that I know nothing about, but that's all I've noticed with the creams.

Exactly. Those creams with that touch of honey seem like perfect accompanying base for those heavy fruits. Goddamnit dude nice recipe. I'm gonna whip this up soon. Looks way too good to pass up.

Only thing I don't have is FA Honey. I can use diluted TFA Honey right...? ;P

Hey NCM... I'm going to mix this up later tonight. I'm assuming you used the honey full strength and didn't dilute it? Just wanted to be sure. I've had FA Honey for a month, but I've not used it for anything yet.

Yeah, I use it full strength. If using a 10% solution, use 2.5%.

This is pretty damn nice after 3 days. Well done! Going to let it sit another 2 or 3 days to see if there are any other changes. The honey is blending in very nicely with the other flavors.

This was the absolute worst thing Ive made in a year of DIY. Smells like sweat. Tastes like piss and moldy sweat. Something about the banana and honey. Ugh.

My notes on your recipe: Strong apple taste reminds me of one of Halo's ejuice's . The apple is really tart which what you want in an apple ejuice IMO The honey comes through at the end of an exhale and on the inhale it much stronger making the apple sweet. Cream fresh is easily noticeable throughout .

Banana is not noticeable at all. I believe a citrus note might bring out the fruit much better, The juice is sweet but not artificial which is a plus since it won't mask anything.

I like the juice its smooth and could be easily an ADV.

Try replacing Vienna Cream FA with Catalan Cream FA might really brighten the recipe really well and bring out the banana . I will test with it in the next batch and report back . try it and let me know.

Good job bro .

Edit : Testing on Subtank PLUS , 0.15 ohms NI, 48.5W and 450 Degrees.

Thanks for the feedback! I've been meaning to pick up some Catalan cream. When I do, I'll definitely try this.

I know this is like 5 months old, but I finally made this a few weeks ago with some other random stuff. OMG this is fricking delicious. I'm not sure why, but I taste a slight cinnamon flavor to it (maybe in the fuji). Regardless, this one ranks high on my list of things to make in the future. Thank you, sir!!

Haha thanks, buddy! I always love seeing old posts like this get some random comment months later. Glad you like it :)

I will usually copy recipes of interest and put them in a queue. Every few months I will make random batches of 20-30 different recipes. Not sure why the guys on "In The Mix" this week said that "no one" is mixing other people's stuff, because I do it all the time. I still make my own stuff, but I love mixing new stuff from other people. I don't do ADV. I make 15mls of many kinds of juice and do not often go back. This one, however, is on the make again in the future list.

That's pretty much how I am. If I see something that looks interesting and different, I'll mix it up. I have very few that stay in the rotation.
