So attached is my order from September 4th, which Chris told me on the phone didn't exist under my information, and could not locate. Chris also said that he would search out my order and have shipped out immediately. But, I have not received any of the emails he said I would. No completed order email. No tracking number. No order information in my account on your website. But I'm still out $150+ from my bank account for the past 2 weeks!
What is going on?! I've contacted your company 6 times now over these 2 weeks! Not ONCE did anyone respond to my emails or contact forms on your website or tweets or reddit comments. My money is in your pockets and I'm sitting here with no product. Fix this!

I'd suggest everyone just staying the fuck away from NN. I got burned by them too and took nearly 3 weeks because 'someone got sick and they couldn't handle the amount of orders' the other day some people were talking about orders being delayed because they had some sort of construction going on, now someone said they are at a vape con for a week. Not to mention them messing up nicotine strength.. I know they'll never get my business again, hope other people see these posts and go somewhere else.
Ive had problems with them as well. Some nonsense about them going to a vape meet and being closed for a whole week, with that information being on some random page on there site. I switched to vaportek nicotine and its just as good.
Have you checked your card statement to see if the payment even went through?

I talked to Chris on the phone and he said he would make sure the order was processed and shipped (re-entered and immediately formulated) 9/17 for delivery on Saturday 9/19.
I have nothing to hide, nor am I trying to slander the NN name, but this is wrong.
I just don't see what is so special about them.
In my limited experience with them, their flavorings are meh, the prices are meh. My nic was definitely stronger than what I ordered, and waiting a week between purchase and ship date is just silly.
Then you see all the bad press about them here, nic solution was way too potent, ship times are crap, closed down the business for a week and told nobody, and now they're losing orders..
These guys ought to be out of business by the end of the year. It's one thing to run a sloppy shop when you are selling knick-knacks from china on ebay. I can see that happening, and I'm not concerned about it. However, when you're selling potentially dangerous chemicals for human consumption, sloppy is a huge red flag.
This seems to be a common theme around the sub lately. I can't say I've ever dealt with them since I vape and make 0mg, but I'm not exactly in a rush to give them my business at this point. Maybe try messaging /u/nudenicotine?
I emailed, used their contact form and messaged them on Twitter...no response. It's like they don't care about customer service. I blasted them in a tweet that was retweeted by a CSaccount with a shit ton of followers. You'd think they would want to handle the situation to curb bad press, but they've done nothing.
Funny that overnight I received a "Formulation Complete" email not long after posting this, and around the same time NN was commenting on another thread. Still no shipping or tracking information, so getting it when promised (+2 weeks) is out of the question.
Certainly my first and last order with them. I had read good reviews elsewhere which is the only reason I have them a shot. You can be damn sure I'm testing nic levels as soon as (if) I get my order.
Used to order from nude but man idk I've just seen so many posts regarding nn and I've tagged jake in every one of them and he doesn't respond or doesn't seem to care so I stopped getting my nic from them... So unfortunate he used to have an amazing rep here once upon a time :(
