[Noob Q] Ok to mix everything ahead of time to "pre-steep"

My nude nicotine order is late, like really late. It took 5 days from being picked up to reach the sorting facility and hasn't moved in 3 days. At this rate I'm expecting Monday at these earliest.

I have everything else ready to start mixing. Would I be better off just waiting, or should I make my recipes with everything except the nicotine and just add it when it arrives?

I'm thinking I could give the flavors time to mature by mixing it all up now and then adding in the nic when it gets here, but don't know if that changes anything by adding the nicotine later. What is everyone's thoughts?

I 2nd this. I presteep a lot of juice I know people will ask me for. I don't want them getting darker so i wait to add the nicotine to it.

I've known you for doing this but I have a quick question: do you use your homogenizer once you add the nic in the end? (If your Nic is VG based, assuming it is since you hate PG) Wouldn't adding additional VG require additional steeping to re-homogenize the solution?

I don't homogenize nicotine because it creates a zillion air bubbles.

The minimal amount I add for the nic portion doesn't effect steeping overall.

I think this is really common, let the juice steep for a week, then add nic whenever you are ready / able.

How long did it take for your nic to ship? I ordered some from Nude Nic 7 days ago an I just got an email confirming my order was shipped today...

I probably won't order from them again.

I got the email in 48 hours, but it didn't move for 5 days after being scanned as picked up. I'll blame USPS for that though

I tried to next day ship some nic from nude and I got it a week and a half later.. they were very slow. But had no problem charging my card! Though, i like their nicotine. Shitty deug dealers, man, they're all the same! Good product but they take their time.
