So... thought I'd share with you guys, since I KNOW that this is a popular flavor combo... and I know there's over a thousand different varieties of it out there already, but meh.... Its pretty simple, and so far, after a shake -n-vape, pretty tasty 80% VG
- CAP Sweet Strawberry 5%
- FA Strawberry 2%
- TFA Bavarian Creme 4%
- Coconut Extra 1.5%
- FA Meringue 1.5%
The last three ingredients have kinda become my version of a "milkstone base" as I use it for most of my "X and Creme" style of vapes. After a few days, the coconut lessens dramatically, and just leaves the buttery creaminess. If you guys aren't completely burnt out on Strawberry n creme types, give it a mix and lemme know what you all think?
FA Strawberry is under rated and under utilized. This looks good. If you were to try coconut extra at .5 % or less you may find it provides the creamy depth it is known for without the coconut flavor showing up in your mix, if you find 1.5 to be too much
Very valid point about teh coconut. For JUST the creaminess, I use it at less than 1%, but in this mix, I intentionally wanted kinda the strawaberry/ coconut effect. I thought it would be different from all the other Strawberries and Creme vapes I've tried and had. So far, I'm really liking it on my dripper
Hello, I want to try making my own juice. I see these recipes, but obviously that's not the entirety of the recipe because of things like PG, VG, and nic. How do I figure out the percentages of nicotine, PG, and VG? Or is that just what I fill in myself based on the PG/VG ratio and nicotine strength?
If anyone could give me an example of what else I need if I wanted a 30/70 mix with 1.5 mg/ml nicotine, I'd be super thankful!
Well, just because no one's said it:
READ THE SIDEBAR Have you read the sidebar? if so, good. It has a WEALTH of information in it. Now we can get to the nuts and bolts...
It all depends on really what your base nicotine liquid is...and I think a lot of us doing this assume folks are running an e-liquid calc of some kind. I myself use the comprehensive one located in the sidebar, but like u/onmywaydownnow said, you can use that link as well, but I'll do you a solid and list the percentages used for that mix (assuming 100mg/ml in PG base Nicotine)
1.5mg breakdown- 30ml
- 1.5% 100mg/ml Nic in PG (0.45ml)
- 14.50% PG (4.35 ml)
- 70% VG (21.0 ml)
- Flavors as noted above
Hope this helps, but I'd really suggest that you use a calculator especially if you're just starting to mix, it can look a bit complicated at first, but it really does simplify things.
TFA Mango does something special to strawberry in a fruit and cream mix. Adds a tart fruitiness to it. I like mixing things you wouldnt imagine going in a recipe and seeing what happens.
TFA Strawberry 8%
TFA Mango 2%
TFA Bavarian Cream 1.5%
TFA Sweet Cream 2%
I call it smoove. My customers love it. Enjoy.
looks like I need to get some mango now... damnit! I dunno why I don't have it already, since I love REAL mangoes, but then again, I love real cantaloupe, and can't vape it... dunno why.
I like using TFA Dragon fruit in almost the exact same way, takes strawberries and just makes the flavor blow up!
