I've had countless great experiences with this company, but this most recent one takes the cake. I placed a good size order to make Enyareklaw's recipes on Thursday before the long weekend, and of course they were out of stock of some of the most popular flavors. I ordered anyway, signing up for notification's when the flavors came back in stock. Well late on Friday, I got an email showing one of the flavor's was in, submitted a ticket on the slim chance they could update the order, and I'd send payment for the additional flavor. I never got a response, and figured I'd got to it too late, and they were off for the weekend anyway. Opened my order today, and there was the extra flavor, in the 10ml size as requested, completely free of charge.
Sure it doesn't seem like tons, but these guys are always throwing free samples in with orders and discount coupon codes at their customers as well. They have always been a pleasure to deal with, and customer service is top notch. Telling this story to anyone who cares to read it is my way of saying thanks to them, and hopefully giving them a little more business, as well as some of you diy-ers a great new supplier.
I placed my second order with DIY-Ejuice.com on Saturday. I realized (holiday) Monday that I hadn't ordered additional 30 ml bottles to mix in, so I shot them an email. Sure enough I got an email Tuesday morning indicating that they would gladly add the bottles to the order and avoid additional shipping. Perfect!
I called to ensure they were able to charge the additional cost to my credit card and the customer service was spot-on! I asked, jokingly, if he had heard of Bronuts? He replied that last week alone they had "gone through more than 2 litres of Biscuit and had to reorder for rush delivery."
I too have received a free sample with my first order - which is always a nice bonus!
Our American friends should consider ordering from them...with the currency exchange rate it would be like getting 28% off (or so) on their order.

These guys are really great. Superb customer service and a lot of flavors to choose from which are usually in stock.
Anyone try the Mollin Berry flavors? Epic Vanilla is a super-deep vanilla... vanillas from other manufacturers I've tried are typically upper-mid to high-note... Epic Vanilla is definitely a vanilla base.
I smelled a ton of the samples when I was there last time. Only one I bought and tried so far is "OMG!" which, unfortunately, smells better than it vapes (at least solo at 10%)
Most of them smelled good, and i heard a few were really good. Like that Vanilla.
i just ordered from these guys on the long weekend myself. i made some mistakes and wanted to add some additional things before they shipped it out in the morning. he took one look at my order and laughed cause i was getting everything for bronuts myself. i even asked him for recommendations for people starting and he gave me a list of flavours. I couldnt have possibly asked for better service.
