Etheric Light recipe. My little tribute to the ending of the first year fighting The Darkness in Destiny.
submitted about 10 years ago by matthewkocanda

As a Day One Guardian in Destiny, I wanted to make a little DIY tribute to vape on as I finished up the last few hours before the Year 2 update. Here's Etheric Light, one of my most flavourful and delicious recipes to date. It's a primarily tart peach recipe with some creamy notes to balance it out. Give it a shot if you are so inclined, and let me know what you think! If you play Destiny, lets take a moment to reflect on the last year of countless collective hours of dancing, killing Skolas, pissing off Oryx, horrible RNG drops, getting ripped apart in the Iron Banner, getting ripped apart even harder in Trials of Osiris, blasting everything that moves with the Gjally, the Loot Caves, and the first times running Vault of Glass and being erased from the very fabric of time and space. Here's to another great year with The Taken King.

Etheric Light - 13ml

PG/VG - 20/80

Nic - 3mg

INGREDIENTS

PG - 6.1% at 0.80ml

VG - 75.6% at 9.83ml

Nic base at 30/70 VG/PG with 48mg/ml - 6.3% at 0.81ml

TFA Peach Juicy - 5% at 0.65ml

TFA Bavarian Cream DX - 3% at 0.39ml

TFA Jackfruit - 2.5% at 0.33ml

TFA Silly Rabbit - 1.5% at 0.20ml

Is this a finished recipe? Because if you want to keep with the theme of Destiny, you should release a half-finished recipe, then charge us $80 for all the parts that should have been in the original recipe.

Dammit, I was coming here to say that. Also, he should wait until we all order all the flavors he's using, and then he should reformulate the recipe so the flavors we just ordered don't make sense to use anymore & we have to buy new ones. =P

Damn, now THAT is how I should have done this. All things aside, I am stoked on the new expansion, but it is kinda shitty how Bungie went about doing it. I'm just hoping it really lives up to the $40 expansion price ticket.

Or, you have to buy certain packages with the hope that they contain the ingredients necessary to make that recipe. Your package may contain everything you need, but it will mostly likely have the same shit you already have and a high chance the box will be empty.

And if you use a sigelei box instead of P4Y, you only get some of the flavors.

Unless you let it steep for a full year.

Is this what disappointment tastes like?

HAHAHAHA, it only has half the flavor you expected, and it was advertised as the next 'Nana Cream.

Haha, this is awesome. Beta player here still playing to this day. 2.0 patch is being downloaded by some as we speak!

Now I really want to develop a flavor called Loot Cave with three ingredients that are green, blue and purple (flavor speaking, not literally) to coincide with all those engrams.

Never forget, a million deaths are not enough for Master Rahool.

Edit: Thinking I'll mix this tonight to celebrate:

Green: TFA Mary Jane - 2% CAP Lemon lime - 3%

Blue (for a blue raspberry taste): TFA Raspberry sweet - 2% TFA Juicy peach - 4%

Purple: TFA Grape Juice - 5%

All jokes aside about destiny I love when 2 of my main subreddits converge

I love it too! I'm glad someone else appreciates the blending of subs :)

Seriously, this is rad. In the day I run my vape company, at night, I run the defense of the universe from the threat that is Crota. Really cool sub blend, may take a look into the recipe too! Looks legit.
