damn, that must have cost a fortune
It actually wasn't too bad.
/u/enyawreklaw has a good post on diyordie. I'm at around half of of what the average vaper would spend on retail juice in a year.
even adding in the cost of that stockpile?
Oh. The stockpile = about half of the average vaper's yearly retail juice budget. I've been selling to friends here and there. The margins are significant, plus they're paying much less than retail. I've tried to convince them to DiY, but they aren't interested.
I love this hobby. I knew as soon as I made my first batch of mustard milk that this was something I wanted to really dive into. I don't know what possessed me to get everything in 4oz size. Economy? Probably not. Who needs >15L of flavor concentrates?
Oh well, I could always make stink bombs with TFA Tiramisu. =p
omg this TFA Tiramisu was in my very first order. I got it for my gf because she loves coffee vapes. I still have the little vail from wizard labs from before i knew the joys of BCV and mixing by weight, and i swear thats the juice i smell first and last every time i open my concetrate drawer
That looks awesome and very neat and organized -- I love it! I have the exact same cube organizer and though about using it for my DiY things but it is currently holding quite an intense doll collection and some video games, lol. I have no idea where to put them so I think the juice will have to find another home.....just haven't figured it out yet,
Where did you get those bottles, or maybe just the caps? I've been buying ones with dropper tops, but I don't use the dropper and I'd rather have a regular cap. I can only find small bottles without dropper tops.
I got my bottles from Packaging Options Direct.
There are lots of good options for bottle vendors, but shipping is usually pretty pricey. Be sure to average shipping cost across price/bottle. Also make sure to get the phenolic cap, not just the normal plastic.
Thanks!
> get the phenolic cap, not just the normal plastic.
Mind my asking what the difference is?
Not at all. They have a normal cap that is just flat on the inside. These seal the contents somewhat, but are less air/liquid tight. The phenolic caps have a cone on the inside that goes into the neck of the bottle a little. When the cap is screwed on the cone helps to seal all around the inside of the neck.
What is backwash?
Looks to be the dregs of the larger bottles after OP decanted to smaller ones. Basically, a clusterfuck of flavorings.
Thanks. I guess if I had read the whole caption I would've known that. I must have gotten distracted when reading it.
