Just wanted to give a shoutout for great customer service.

Yesterday, I placed an order for a few juice concentrates that I needed to stock up on from /u/bullcityvapor. After I placed and confirmed said order I realized I had forgotten a few things I needed, 2 more small bottles of concentrate to be exact. So without hesitation I placed a 2nd order the very same night to complete my restock. The incredible thing was, without me even having to ask, Bull City Vapor went ahead and merged my 2 orders, re-credited my account the difference in shipping (like $3.40 something), and sent me an email to let me know!

Again, all without me even asking! I've always been happy with the customer service I've received from Bull City Vapor but today they exceeded that.

That's awesome. I've never ordered from them, but I am just expanding the vendors I am ordering from since I am ordering in significantly higher quantities now, so I'll research their offerings and see if I can use them.

We need to support the good vendors as much as we can!

they always have a decent stock of: TPA CAP INW FA ect.

available in sample, 30mL, and 4oz. sizes (at least the companies that offer them)

4oz is the smallest size I'm ordering. I'm probably going to have to look into going direct to these companies going forward for most of my products.

They tend to ship out on the same day, but their most popular flavors are usually out of stock. You can thank Wayne for that.

Their orders tend to reach me before other companies when placed at the same time, even tho I'm on the west coast. Never had a single issue with a single order, either. They're top notch... aside from stock issues.

I did the same thing last week. I had seen a post on here that said to send them and email and they could combine them. To my delight they did and let me know that they always do that without being asked. Awesome service and fast shipping!

Drew and crew are awesome. They shipped my last order out on Saturday. I wasn't expecting that. I've been doing business with them for awhile and they just keep getting better.
