I'm giving away $66.60+ of my hard earned digital moneys (PayPal, Chase QuickPay or Bitcoin) to a random poster that follows these simple rules:
- Post at least two of your favorite ADV recipes involves 2, 3 or 4 flavor concentrates.
- Make sure you include the PG/VG you prefer to vape at. Make sure you list the concentrate manufacturer.
- If you have an ELR/reddit source for the recipe, post the link.
- They don't have to be your recipes, just ones you like.
- Post steep time if required.
I'll run a random picker on one comment that follows the rules. If we somehow get 20 decent submissions I'll pick two winners.
After submissions I'll create a Google Drive hosted PDF of the results and you mods can sidebar it if you want.
Contest ends Friday at noon CST.
Here is a decent thread that I'll snag some recipes from, too.
I don't normally release my mixes, mainly because I'm worried they'll just be shit quite frankly. But when $66.60 is on the line, then fuck it, I'll open my recipes up to scrutiny and abuse.
So basically, these are my favourite recipes of my own that I would consider an ADV. A couple of them are still rough round the edges, I would like to think that maybe someone will try one or two and if they have any useful suggestions to let me know!
I pretty much vape all mine at 70%PG, I used to use higher VG but found the flavours way too muted for me. You can easily change the levels by clicking on the blue spanner icon on the website and choosing "Adapt this" if you want to change anything.
Steve's Milk: It's everybody's favourite, strawberry milk, with a lime twist not a drop of dragon fruit in sight, this one can be vaped straight away but becomes better after a couple of weeks steeping.
TFM: A simple one, it's Tutti Frutti Menthol with sweet candy. This one has a nice menthol coolness to it, and is good as a shake-and-vape.
Bonus: Magic Medicine: Based off of TFM this is supposed to taste like cough syrup, specifically Covonia. I consumed a lot of cough medicine in the making of this one... It's not technically an ADV but who knows, maybe someone will make it theirs...
Monkey Blood: A sort of banana, mango and orange pie... Now this ones quite raw, it's only V1 but a few days steeping it tasted quite nice in my Subtank and it would have been a longer lasting ADV if I didn't run out of it... Banana fucking everywhere so a longer steep is advised to hopefully bring out more of the other flavours. But like I say it was nice after a few days so that's why I've included it despite it being early days. Be warned, ECR says there are tank crackers and other hidden nasties galore in this one so you may wish to use DX versions of flavourings. I'd love some feedback on this one in particular if anyone takes a gamble.
So there you have it, that's my entry. OP, I hope the format is ok only I'm doing this on my iPad and seriously couldn't be arsed to type out all the percentages for each individual ingredient. All these tasted nice to me in my Subtank mini, usually only after a few days of steeping but TFM as I say was good straight away, and Steve's Milk gets better with age - it smells fuckin amazing after a good couple of weeks hidden away. I can recommend about 26watts for that one specifically, otherwise vape them how you like.
I better bloody win now, or at least hope any criticism is constructive!

No problem! I recommended that recipe to someone on this sub ages ago, as I ADV'd it for a little while. I got tired of it and sidelined CAP choc glazed donut for a good while, until bronuts came out. I have since dubbed it Ho-nuts. Thanks for the chance at teh monies! Still working on this one, my original one was including VBIC (Damn you pepper ice cream....) and took a bit of a direction change after coming across the Cussing Strawberry (credit to /u/loveableterror) thread here. VBIC doesn't agree with me one bit, and I really wanted to use the Blackberry in something. This is just one of the few that I am working on. This is definitely vapeable, but the Blackberry might need a little upping as a buddy of mine said its a bit faint when he tried it. (/u/1800fullytorqued)
Hope these are acceptable, perhaps I can pull out another one or two if you want em. :D

I can't offer tasting notes on this one as VBIC pisses me off and makes it into raspberry pepper mess. A friend said it was tasty.
That's all for now peeps. Have a good night. :D
I would definitely up the BlackBerry by at least 1%, it looks very very good
That's kinda what I was thinking. It's quite faint, have it in my Reo right now, 0.35 ohms, and it's just not quite there. I think I'll kick it up a smidgen and try the next time.
Thanks for shelling out the dough for this thread u/abdaba
I think it was needed.
We shall see if the info I sort out is useful going forward tho.

18% Cherry-Limeaide (KOOL)
2% Sugar (CANE)
.735% H²O (EARTH)
KOOL is this new company I've been picked to do delta testing for. They only supply in powder form, or squeezey bottle to add directly to your base. I prefer the powder, as I can directly control the dilutant ratio myself. I usually boil ~9ml of PG and just dump a handful of the powder in there. Stir until it boils over, then immediately pour that mixture into a plastic 5ml bottle. It doesn't matter if it doesn't all fit. 5ml is all you need. Put all of that in a mason jar and set it in the freezer for a couple months to steep it. When it's done, use the 18% in a cubic zirconium vase mixed with 2% cane sugar derived from the hills of Zimbabwe (this is the important part). After that, put in .735% water. Tap is fine. I really like this as 100% VG. I know, I know. You can't have 100% vegetable glycerin if you use PG based flavors. VG doesn't really mean vegetable glycerin anyway. It stands for Very Good, which is what this recipe is. I guarantee if you vape my recipe, you'll immediately grow a vagina and longer penis so you can fuck yourself anytime you want! Try it out, newbs!
Edit: Forgive my formatting. I'm on desktop and can't link.
Edit²: Abs Daddy said I had to submit two recipes per contest rules.
I haven't tried any other recipes besides this one. I don't need to. But I've heard 10% TFA Bro-Nuts is good.
Edit and post a second recipe to abide the contest rules!
Obvious troll is obvious. And you should have made the rules so you can only post your own recipes imo. Seeing a lot of recipes here that are already pretty well known.

In regards to Peach Slapped, How do you think it would be with EM switched in for the Marshmallow? I was under the impression that Marshmallow and EM were the same thing. Perhaps just a slightly lower percentage?
Personally, I feel that Marshmallow has a heavy mouth feel that EM won't be able to replicate. I haven't changed the recipe at all because this is one of the only ones I've found that eliminates the heavy throat hit of Juicy Peach.
It gets a little too sweet after 10 days IMO. If you try it with EM please let me know how it turns out.
OOH CASH PRIZE OF THE BEAST!
I vape this often in between different flavors - works well as a palate cleanser, and is good as an ADV. Minty, but not overbearing, and pear is just a minor background note. Very difficult to screw this one up. Good for folks on a budget as well - one 8ml vial of each flavor from Wizard Labs will make 800ml of liquid. Shake & Vape.
Peared Spear by /u/longwhiteclouds

I recommend this next recipe because it's made up of two flavors that should be in every aspiring mixers repertoire. Simple, creamy, and diketone free. This is one of HIC's recipes that I think is very accurate to the description, and is light enough to vape for long sessions. Shake & Vape.
Caramel Eggnog by HeadInClouds
- 2% Vienna Cream (FA)

HIC mentions that if you want to boost the flavor, go with 3% VC + 1.5% Caramel.
Great thread idea, and thanks for the chance.
I'll be that guy but I'm sitting here just thinking of which recipes I'd consider an adv for me (I switch flavors a lot), not even considering the ingredients. Then I realize as I'm vaping that I've been on the same flavor for the past couple days now because it is just that good (I think). It's the bombies nana cream clone that got me into diy, thanks so much /u/fizzmustard.
Nana cream
LA banana cream 5%
Tfa dragonfruit 3%
Tfa strawberry 7%
I mix at 20/80 pg/vg but 30/70 might be better if that's your bag. Tastes great as a shake and vape, even better after a month.
The second was a bit harder to nail down as my most favored recipes are usually five or more. New recipes I make get vaped after mixing and if I like it enough as is I'll usually vape the whole bottle before I make more to steep. But recently I went back to a bottle I drawered, not because it was bad though. It was good from the start but I knew with time it would improve, custards need it. So I vaped it again the other day and I was happy with how much it improved, it's been probably more than a month but shouldn't require that long. Will definitely be making more. Didn't really have a name, but the creator /u/secularpaladin called it a creamy summer treat, so that's what it's in my phone as.
Creamy summer treat
Tfa watermelon 5%
Tfa vanilla custard 5%
Tfa sweet cream 3%
Bavarian cream 2%
Again 20/80 but 30 if that's how you get down. I've been finding that I'm not a big fan of Bavarian cream so as a personal preference I might sub it for whipped cream. Probably gonna add some flv boysenberry at half a percent, perhaps more, because that's just what I've been doing recently. Definitely a delicious vape regardless though.
Pineapple Upside Cake variation originally by /u/smoakleyyy
I prefer this at 30/70, and I give it at least a week to steep to round out. I prefer this tanked over dripped as it's quite rich:
- 5% FW Yellow Cake
- 2.5% TFA Pineapple
- 2% TFA French Vanilla
- 2% TFA Brown Sugar Extra
Second recipe is one of my own that I'm still working on that hasn't an official name yet, isn't perfected, but is dang good at 30/70 after about a week or two steep. Like Pineapple Upsidedown Cake, it's rich and I prefer it in a tank over dripped as dem claptons in my drippers just push it to the point where I'm going to need to drop the percentages even more. It's still called Milk-n-Honey FLV b3 in my recipe calculator, but it's leaning towards something peanut butter cereal-y, and I think I'm going to pursue it along the lines of a Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch vape, so let's be real adult and call it:
The Cap'n's Nuts
- 2% FLV Milk & Honey
- Don't see many people mentioning this - this is a great flavor on it's own at 1-3%
- 1% TFA French Vanilla
- 0.5% TFA Peanut Butter
- 0.5% FA Hazelnut
I've got a number of ideas to try with this, and now with the 'go cereal' idea, I'm certain it's going to get changed. If anyone tries this, let me know what you think!
I have all of this!
I hope you like them. It was tough going through my favorite recipes trying to find 1-4 ingredient ones for this contest. I'm certain Cap'n's Nuts is going to have many more ingredients before it's anything actually resembling Cap'n Crunch cereal. As it stands, it's a decent start to a creamy peanut buttery base. :)
3 months later: I liked the sound of creamy peanut butter base so I just doubled all the ingredient quantities and called it a stand-alone. After a couple of days steeping, it tasted great to me. Next time I'll try switching to the FLV PNB, not because it needs changing but purely for the love of experimentation.
Guess I'd better try to discover how it's developed since you posted this...
I got milk and honey when FLV had that 50% off Sale and totally forgot about it!
I think something may be wrong with my 4oz of CAP Golden Pineapple -- I bought it secondhand off a guy who was closing up his B&M house line, and I hardly ever use it. I mixed this recipe when /u/smoakleyy originally posted it (with the CAP, as he made it) and it was disgusting. Like, truly gross, and I can't come up with any other explanation.
I'm glad to see someone besides me posting FLV recipes in here. I love using their stuff to mix simple recipes, for some reason. I'm not sure what it is about their flavorings, but I find myself using them solo more frequently in places where I'd often use a combination of 2-3 different versions of the same flavor for effect.
I'm that way with the TFA Banana Cream that I bought a good while back - I can never make it taste good. I swear I got a bad bottle.
I have never had CAP Golden Pineapple so I've never been able to make PUC as /u/smoakleyy posted it.
One variation I've tried with the PUC is to add a very tiny amount of FA Pineapple (like 0.2%) (and clearly couldn't post that variation here.) I don't like FA Pineapple generally, but in this mix I thought I would try adding a smidgen to see if it added anything, and even at 0.2% it was very prominent, but after about two weeks of steeping, it mellows out and it's funkiness gave PUC more of a baked-pineapple flavor which I found perfect.
The first one is one I've been working on for a while. I've been doing DIY for a while, but I'm still new at making my own recipes. Anyway, it's a cheesecake with fruit on top. It's pretty fruity and creamy, but not where I want it to be. Needs about 3-5 days steep. I like it at 70VG/30PG. Actually, if someone could try this and help me out with it, I'd much appreciate it. I don't have a great palette for DIY yet.
- 3% CAP NY Cheesecake
- 2% TFA Cheesecake (Graham Crust)
- 3% TFA Sweet Raspberry
- 2% CAP Harvest Berry
- 1% FA Vienna Cream
- 1% FA Meringue
It might also be good with FA Forest Fruit (Is that what it's called?), but I haven't tried that yet.
Edit: It was pointed out to me (thanks /u/wilciws) that my first recipe won't qualify, so I'll just add another one of my ADVs since I want to leave it posted. It's Fizzmustard's Nana Cream. I guess it's not a surprise that two of the most popular recipes on /r/DIY_eJuice are my favorite.
- 5.0% LA Banana Cream
- 3.0% TFA Dragon Fruit
- 7.0% TFA Strawberry
- 1 drop per mL Citric Acid - added after you mix it
I mix this one at 70VG/30VG as well.
Second.. of course... Bronuts. (Do I really need to post the link for this one? haha)
- CAP Chocolate Glazed Donut - 7%
- FA Joy - 0.75%
- FW Yellow Cake - 1%
- INW Biscuit - 0.75%
Might want to amend the first recipe, while it looks good, the contest is simpler recipes, 2-4 flavors. ;)
What's your end goal with this?
It's not cuz you're a good person imho.
Reddit was very very good to me this summer (financially) and I'm going to throw away all the profits on subreddits I like and want to find a way to help in some way. This will help me do that.
I'm definitely not a good person, I'm an honest person. The average "good" person is a lying POS when you see their true colors.
I prefer honesty over faked goodness.

28 years of being a douchebag and the last thing I am is jaded. Takes about a decade, on average, but all my most vocal enemies and detractors come around eventually and say "OK, maybe you were right. How can I fix this mess I'm in?"
Sometimes it takes 20 years but that's rare. Even my old pastor came around eventually. And I wasn't shocked at his phone call either.
Good versus evil is a marketing gimmick to creating us-versus-them mindsets in consumers to sell them something they don't need or that had no effect on them.
Mammals are competitive creatures and praxeology shows we humans always want something sooner rather than later, cheaper rather than more expensive and more rather than less.
To wit, everyone is selfish and evil. Most just try to hide it from others so they can be part of the team.
So.. Someone does a giveaway and you decide to come in and be a dick?
You're a cunt mate.. IMHO

Rule 1: Don't be a dick on this sub.
Rule 2: Don't fuck with or question /u/abdada. If you had spent any time here you would realize (a) he's a valuable contributor, (b) he's smarter than you (and will let you know it), and (c) he wins most of the arguments people start with him.
I'm not interested in money, if the wheel of randomness falls on me don't worry about it (or give it to another poster or donate it or roll around in it and burn it, whatever) but I have been reticent about posting recipes so this is a good excuse to change that.

You know, I hate that Reddit doesn't pay top posters. It's ridiculous. I figure putting some cash up might encourage this.
I wish I had the time to create an eliquid recipe site that shared income with best voted recipe posters. It might challenge people to create better recipes to share.
I like your idea, and I'm with you on having too many irons in the fire to work on it. Personally, I don't really look at other peoples' recipes but more their usage, I vape some weird stuff (right now 04% FA Hypnotic Mist, 03% FA Lavender) so I don't really know if I have that much to contribute to a "What can I make with this?" or "Top Recipes" thread...
Does Frontier Vapor's Hypnozone sound like FA Hypnotic Mist to you? I quite liked that juice for something different.
That FLV tobacco mix looks excellent, very nice profile from the looks of it. Thank you for sharing that. I love FLV Flue-Cured, and those ingredients seem like a brilliant complement for its primary notes. Will mix and post back with feedback!

Shake 'n' Vape
Not sure where I found this one but I love it: Strawbanana custard
-
8% Vanilla Custard (CAP)
-
4% Strawberry Ripe (TFA)
-
4% Banana Cream (LA)
-
3% Sweet Strawberry (CAP)
Definitely requires a week long steep. If given a heat bath, it usually only requires around 3 days to steep.
I also like this one: Cranchee
-
5% Cranberry (FA)
-
2% Lychee (FA)
-
1.5% Ethyl Maltol
Basically a shake an' vape. It is pretty weird flavor profile but I enjoy it a lot.
Yet Another Strawberry Milk
- 10% OSDIY Strawberry Milk
- 2% CAP Sweet Strawberry
- 1% FA Fresh Cream
Mix at 30/70 PG/VG. I was a little disappointed by the weak flavor of OSDIY's Strawberry Milk and decided to help it with some additional strawberry and cream flavors. Simple yet effective. I let this steep at least 48 hours, as with most other cream flavors.
6% Tiger's Blood by Hatianboy420.
- 1.5% TFA Coconut (Not Extra)
- 12% TFA Strawberry
- 6% TFA Watermelon
For those days when I'm too lazy to be creative and just want a simple yet effective fruit vape. I mix this at 30/70 PG/VG as well, pretty decent as a 'shake and vape.'
Jelly Belly
- 4% TFA Watermelon
- 1.5% TFA Gummy Candy
- 1% FA Lime Cold Pressed
- .5% INW Pear
Pretty damn delicious and low percentages. Sweet and full flavor.
Strawb Creamcake
- 8% TFA Strawberry
- 3.5% LA Cheesecake
- 3% TFA Vanilla Swirl
- 2% TFA Toasted Marshmallow
One of my first recipes that I still come back to.
I vape everything at 70VG.
This is not mine originally and unsure where it came from, but...

Edited: I got my notes confused, so I looked it up to double check. Smoky plum FE is actually Smoked Plum by Inawera. Sorry to confuse

I'm afraid to post these because I literally just started, but this seems like a pretty good way to get input, so thanks!
Strawberry Yogurt
*5% CAP Greek Yogurt
*8% CAP Sweet Strawberry
*2% CAP Marshmallow
*1% Ethyl Maltol
*1% distilled water
Max VG. I like it pretty well, but it's way too strawberry. After two weeks of steeping, it mellows out, but I think I need a V2.
Strawberry Chocolate Donut
*5% CAP Chocolate Donut
*2% NN OMFG It's Chocolate
*3% CAP Marshmallow
*3% CAP Sweet Strawberry
*2% CAP Greek Yogurt
*1% Sucralose
Max VG. This is pretty dang good fresh, but I'm steeping it now (after having dripped half the bottle, whoops!) I'd love criticism, because these are literally two of my first few juices and the only two to be vapeable long-term.
Both at a 70/30
Both at 6mg (Cause i'm a man)
Cap'n Cloud:
Saw this recipe way back and tweaked it. Never saved the OP. A very cakey strawberry. You can shake and vape, But the cake really comes out after about 1-2 weeks. I always keep a 120ml of this delicious stuff. If you like desserts, Try this out! SO to the Original recipe creator, whoever you are!
- 7.5% TFA Strawberry (Ripe)
- 3.5% TFA Cheesecake (Grahm Crust)
- 4.5% TFA Bavarian Cream
- 2% TFA Sweet Cream
Key Lime Pie:
Very simple recipe, I loved a key lime pie made by a B&M, so i made one! You definitely have to be in the right mood to vape it, but when you are, it hits the spot!
- 2% TFA Key Lime
- 5% TFA Cheesecake (Grahm Crust)
Harvest Cream
4% CAP Harvest Berry
6% TFA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
1% TFA Crunch Berries
Needs at least a week steep, best after two weeks IMO.
Stone Free
3% CAP Juicy Peach
3% CAP Mango sweet
1% CAP Passionfruit
2% TFA Dragonfruit
Great right away or after an overnight sit.
I normally would not even care about the contest. But I'm out of biscuit and joy. So. You know.
Edit: I have probably 20-30 2-5 note recipes that I don't plan on selling ever I'd be happy to contribute to a sidebar effort if you're interested. Edit 2: Shite mobile formatting.
Hi ! Awesome contest you've started.
Here are some of my favourite recipes :
1
>2% TFA Coconut Extra
>2% TFA Dragonfruit
>5% TFA Ripe Strawberry
>5% TFA Watermelon
50% PG / VG
Shake and Vape but I've found the Coconut comes out a bit more after a few days.
Optional : Adding 1-2% of FW Spearmint adds some freshness to the juice which can be really nice.
2
> 1% FA MTS Vape Wizard or > 2% FW Sweet Cream
> 3% TFA Pineapple
> 3% FA Fuji Apple
> 5% TFA Strawberry Ripe
50% PG / VG
Best after a week steep but definately vape-able after a day's rest.
3
This is something I've been tinkering with, it's not perfect but if you want to try something different you should give this a try :
> INW Frost 2%
> TFA Earl Grey Tea 4%
> Extra DIY Sister Lemon 4%
> TFA Cucumber 4%
50% PG / VG
Its weird out of the bottle but after a few days' steep, the flavours come together and form a cohesive and interesting, refreshing juice. However, few of my vaper friends enjoyed this flavor so I need to work more on it.
True Blue
3% FLV Blueberry
3% FLV Virginia
(I mix it 91%VG, 3mg/ml nicotine, I like it fresh, as it has a nice tobacco bite!)
Pass the Bottle
0.5% NN Tobacco
3% FLV Cured Tobacco
1% TFA Butterscotch
2% TFA Vanilla Swirl
(Great with hard liquor! I mix it 91%VG, 3mg/ml nicotine, needs a week.)
Nice to see prize-based market surveying in here! If I win, vape it forward to the entrant with the worst grammar (see, looking out for ya, Fizzy!
I love those FLV Tobaccos so much -- got any more recipes to share? I'm about to drop a few of my own in here.
Well, I've done 8 variations of /u/Daheavyb's VCV White Beard clone.
While I don't think any of them is actually very close to a clone, they've all been great vapes. I'm much closer to VCV tobaccos using NN Tobacco and TFA Cubano. Sadly, I'm out of Cubano :^(
Okay, I'll post a shake and vape that i've been enjoying for a while now. Super simple but it's a great and rich fruity vape.
Strawberry Apple 50vg 50pg | ---|--- TFA Strawberry (Ripe) 4% | CAP Sweet Strawberry 4% | Apple 6% | CAP Juicy Lemon 2% | Pear 1% | 1 Drop citric acid per 10ml |
I've also used Dragonfruit instead of pear but haven't noticed much of a difference.
Here's a strawberry greek yogurt that I love. It's got a tart sour taste to it but I think it's really good. I've gone a little higher with the greek yogurt but at 4% it tastes like sour milk; really quite foul.

Not worried about entering the comp, but here's a couple of recipes:

3% Strawberry TFA
3% Strawberry Ripe TFA
3% Watermelon TFA
2% Koolada TFA
Good shake and vape at 6mg and 80VG/20PG (mainly to make mixing easier, should be fine at max VG). Nothing fancy but was my all week vape a little while back.
I reckon this is the shit, tastes just like French Toast, courtesy of Vapor Trails NW:
French Toast
10% TFA Waffle
4% TFA Vanilla Swirl
4% CAP Cinnamon Danish Swirl
https://www.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/comments/2le8j3/recipes_for_discontinued_blends_vapor_trails_nw/
~~Good shake and vape~~ also at 6mg and 80VG/20PG. EDIT: Just checked my notes, I put the bottle on a heat pad (juice temperature gets to about 35C/95F) with the cap off for 25 minutes, replaced the cap and let it sit on the pad for another 1h35m.
Both these recipes were mixed with all flavours set it 1.000g/mL.
bro that french toast just taste so alcoholy to me... i dont know if its the cinn or the waffle but something tastes off about it to me.
I do get a bit of an alcohol note but nothing offensive, it's almost like a maple note. Pretty sure it will be the waffle though because I haven't picked up any alcohol in the other two.
I put the bottle on a heat pad (juice temperature gets to about 35C/95F) with the cap off for 25 minutes, replaced the cap and let it sit on the pad for another 1h35m. Maybe that evaporated off most of the alcohol.
I've made that mix too, and it's the TFA Waffle -- it's got ethyl alcohol in it, so after the mix has steeped for a couple days I usually uncap the bottle for a few hours to let any remaining EtOH evaporate away, and then you're good to go.
A better solution, IMO, is to mix the recipe with CAP Waffle instead, maybe at a slightly lower %. CAP Waffle is by far the best waffle I've had. TFA Belgian works alright in this mix too though.
I started DIY'ing a few years ago, bought a crap ton of flavours to attempt to recreate a decent RY4 minus the tobacco. as I went through flavors and started hating tobacco more and more I came up with a recipe I call PB3 that I've vaped everyday since, and never really bothered much with the other recipes I came up with.
PB3
- 10% Peanut Butter (Loranns or TPA)
- 2% Caramel (Original TPA)
- 1% Bavarian Cream (TPA)
- 1% French Vanilla (TPA)
I typically vape this in an RTA (was a kayfun, then v2, then russian, now lemo) at around 1.5-2Ω. I find for this mix, the way you vape is important. When dripping this juice at low ohms it does not at all taste the same. The PB is far more pronounced and could definitely use a toning down. In fact, over all it probably has too much flavor to be dripped. (even at only 14%.) For my tanks I usually mix at 60vg/40pg.
This recipe is also good with replacing all TPA with FA:
- 10% Peanut Butter (Loranns)
- 2% Caramel (FA)
- 1% Fresh Cream (FA)
- 1% French Vanilla (FA)
Also one that was ok was an attempt at recreating my favourite icecream
Better Pecans
- 2% Caramel (Original TPA)
- 2% Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TPA)
- 1% Peacan (TPA)
- 1% Sweet Cream (TPA)
Love butter pecan ice cream. Will give it a try!
I've been on another Flavorah mixing kick this past week, and that jives perfectly with this recipe thread (great idea btw!). As a mod, I don't want the money, so leave me out, but I'm happy to share some recipes & support community-participation initiaitives! I think FLV could be a great approach for a DIY Newb to get started because there list of flavors is managable but they have enough to work with, and most importantly, the vast majority of them are good.
Pornstache RY4 (simplified version of my beloved ADV Pistachio RY4, which has 9 ingredients, but only a few of them are crucial)
-
HS RY4 - 8.00% (or TFA RY4 Double 12% -- I prefer to use 50/50 each, but HS>TFA)
-
TFA Pistachio - 3.00%
-
CAP Toasted Almond - 1.50%
-
TFA Toasted Marshmallow - 1.50%
You've got to try this if you like RY4, it's fucking excellent.
Colorado Cat v2 (originally by /u/rakeleer) (I have my own take on this profile, but it's >4 ingredients)
-
Coconut (FLV) - 0.40% (if using the 'new' $12.99 FLV Coconut, drop this to 0.2% or substitute it for FA Coconut at 0.4%)
-
Creme de Menthe (FLV) - 3.00%
-
Flue Cured Tobacco (FLV) - 4.00% (So good. I mix at 4% because it fades, originally 3%)
-
Peppermint (FA) - 1.00% (or FLV Spearmint 0.6%)
Tastes a lot like a Marlboro Smooth smells before it's lit -- White chocolate mint tobacco. Delicious.
Nutty Karma Tobacco
-
FLV Caramel - 1.00%
-
FLV Virginia Tobacco - 2.00%
-
FLV Peanut Butter - 1.00%
-
FLV Milk & Honey - 0.50%
Getting close to where I want it, but still missing something. Tempted to add a bit of FA Banana, but maybe I'll go in the opposite direction w/ INW Nutty Princess?
Nanner Butter (This idea wasn't mine originally, but my version is good & it fits with the rest of these)
-
FLV Peanut Butter - 3%
-
FLV Banana - 2.5%
-
TFA Bavarian Cream - 5% (or FLV Milk & Honey 1.5%)
-
TFA Toasted Marshmallow - 2.5%
Still needs some balancing on the flavor ratios to be perfect.
Blueberry Muffin v1.2 (very early WIP)
-
CAP Blueberry - 8.00%
-
FLV Blueberry Muffin 1.50% (or TFA Berry Crunch - 3%)
-
TFA Cinnamon Danish - 2.00%
-
INW Biscuit (INAWERA) - 0.50%
CAP BB is essential here for its specific profile, nothing else comes close for this particular flavor note requirement (but my full recipe uses FLV Blueberry as an added accent). The muffin component is still being tweaked -- the previous v1.1 used TFA Berry Crunch + Cinnamon Danish & it was surprisingly good, but I think I can zero in closer. This time I'm trying FLV's BB Muffin instead.
#Tittybounce: (WIP, ignore the name, it's an inside joke with the girl I made it for)
- TFA Orange Cream - 7.00%
- TFA Toasted Marshmallow 1.50%
- FLV Pink Guava - 0.75%
- FA Mandarin 1.25% (OR) FA Mango - 0.75%
A bright, tangy mango-citrus creamsicle. TFA Orange Cream and FLV Pink Guava provide the core citrus notes (orange with hints grapefruit) and the creaminess is enhanced by the addition of TFA Toasted Marshmallow. Either FA Mandarin or FA Mango can be added, depending on whether you want a richer, sweeter creamsicle flavor or a mango-citrus smoothie, or try both if you feel like breaking the rules.
Maple French Toast (original concept thanks to VTNW!)
-
TFA Waffle - 10.00%
-
TFA Vanilla Swirl - 4.00%
-
CAP Cinnamon Danish Swirl - 4.00% (TFA Cinnamon Danish works fine, but CAP is better)
-
FA Maple Syrup 0.50%
I also like to add 0.75% FLV Vanilla Custard to boost the eggy notes, but that'd put me over 4 ingredients.
Boysenberry Brogurt
-
FLV Yogurt - 3% (or CAP Creamy Yogurt @ 5%)
-
FLV Boysenberry - 1%
-
FLV Blueberry - 3%
-
FA Forest Fruit - 1%
`*Alternative Berries:
-
FLV Raspberry 0.75%, CAP Harvest Berry - 2%, INW Raspberry - 0.5%
-
FLV Strawberry (I don't like it much either, but it's dead-on for the strawberry flavor in Yoplait), TFA SB & SB Ripe, CAP Sweet SB.
You can tinker around with the fruits to your hearts content -- I usually use a more complex mix of 4-5 berry flavors, and I mix those two yogurts too. I've also found FLV Milk & Honey - 0.5% adds unique character to this blend.
Recipes I didn't create but would recommend for sure in this thread if they weren't already posted in here:
-
/u/fizzmustard's Nana Cream Homage & Mustard Milk
-
/u/Enyawreklaw's Bronuts
Cancun is my ADV almost ADED. (Shake and Vape. Is an amazing clone of Vape Games Drip Line Cancun. I personally like to add 1.3% Peppermint fore a hint of mint.)
Apple Pie is my secondary that could probably use some editing still. (Needs some steeping, haven't found a sweet spot to recommend.)
Maple Cake Still needs work. I need to get some creamy flavors to make this one not as harsh I think. (Needs a lot of steeping as Maple is an alcoholic.)
All flavors are from TPA/TFA as that's all I've ordered from so far, all juice is Max VG. If anyone has recommendations on my mixes or anything let me know. I have a small stash of flavors but I know I've got enough to make some good juice, just not good at making stuff up yet haha.
