New to mixing: about to make my first order, I'm going to get some 8 oz bottles for my vg/pg for ease of use. Is cleaning them out with soap and water okay? Or should I just rinse with water before the first use?

Apologies if this seems like a stupid question, I didn't know wether or not the soap might leave residue that would be bad if it got mixed in with my VG/PG.

The best way to prevent the flavor of soap sticking to them is to just rinse with a strong alcohol like everclear or vodka, then rinse with water.

Happy Cakeday!!! Hot soapy water works for me. Just make sure to rinse them out thoroughly afterwards.

Maybe leave them in the sun for the afternoon to let it clear out
