Back in the days, smoking waterpipe i came across a tobacco called "Pink Lemonade" manufactured by Fantasia.

It became my favorite flavor by a longshot, so the logical thing to do was trying to imitate the profile in e-juice.

Three months ago, i tought i did it, the recipe is:

• 6% Raspberry TFA

• 2% Lime Zinger DV

• 2% Strawberry TFA

It was close, but after four days it lost a lot of flavor and got bland, after a week it was just bad.

So i bought different Lime, Strawberry and Raspberry flavors to try and make an age-proof recipe.

Some iterations later i got rather desperate and asked for a Lime , here, which met my criteria and /u/mayor-of-whoreisland suggested i am looking for Inawera Limetka.

A huge step in the right direction!

Furthermore i asked the /u/gremlinjuice who suggested the problem with the steep is not the strawberry but rather the raspberry, and to use raspberry sweet instead.

I checked the Tfa homepage for the ingredients and it was only raspberry ketone, opposed to 17 molecules. This sounded like more stability to me, as less is going on during curing.

The version which came closest, while being tasty after two weeks is:

Pink Lemonade

• 1% Limetka IW

• 1% Raspberry sweet TFA

• 1% Strawberry FA

Who would have tought out of 12 versions the 1/1/1 comes closest?

There was one being slightly tastier altough being not as close to the original flavor:

• .5% Raspberry IW

• .3% Limetka IW

• .5% Raspberry sweet TFA

• .5% Strawberry TFA

Substitutional Strawberries in order from best to worst:

• 1.5% Hangsen

• 1% Inawera

• 3% Strawberry Ripe (more of something tasty, than a substitute)

now it gets bad

• 3% TFA regular

• 5% Capella

The Flavor Art one just fits the best, as all three ingredients stay crisp and the Limetka keeps the unmatched vibrancy which it losses by all but the SB ripe, which in turn changes the taste altogehter.

While trying back and forth got an interesting Mt.Dew Code Red flavor (not tested after steep)

• 6% Citrus Punch TFA

• .7% Raspberry Sweet TFA

and a rather unrelated Strawberry/Green Tea:

• 1.5% Strawberry FA

• .5% Green Tea FA

• .2% Menthol IW(more or less to taste)
