I absolutely love these guys and they're always my first stop when it comes to my endless search for flavors. When I'm lucky and they have the flavors I want in stock, I always end up stocking up to make sure I don't run out in the foreseeable future.
So yesterday, I began playing with some of my juices that I've been working months on (no recipes yet, sorry) and made a trip over to Bull City. Loaded my cart full of flavors and hastily began the check-out process.
It wasn't until after I hit "Submit Order" that my eyes began to wander over to my notebook. Wouldn't you know it, sprawled all over my most recent page of notes "OUT OF RIPE BANANA, GET MORE ON NEXT ORDER." I glanced over my order confirmation and immediately realized my mistake, I had forgotten a HUGE flavor for one of my juices and I just drained the last of my 30ml bottle. I sent out an email, inquiring if there was anything I could do to add it to the order and received a response from Jeff the next day.
Long story short, he told me if I placed an additional order, he would combine the two orders, and gift store credit for the difference of the shipping costs. Not even three hours after the email exchange, I received tracking notifications and sure enough, both orders used the same tracking number - signalling a successful order combination.
I can't even count the times I've forgotten to place an order of a certain flavor only to put it on the backburner until my next go-around. Jeff and the team at BCV are phenomenal and have earned their top spot at my bookmarks folder. I know you guys have a reddit account but I don't remember it, so hopefully you'll find this but regardless, a HUGE thank you again!
I want to be a reg customer but sadly every time i try to order theyre out of stock of something big i need. bummer
Thats every site I check for me it seems. They'll be two main flavors im looking for and they'll both have all the others I want but one will be out on the right strawberry and the other out on the right cream one or something.
When one site can have competitive prices and keep their product in stock, They are going to get all my business.
Yeah i dont get how the major vendors could ever let their stock on such popular things like fucking TFA Strawberry go anywhere near low. I've just not bothered making moderately size orders plenty of times because they dont have major stuff like that so whatever I was looking to mix, the rest of the obscure flavors they have in stock are useless to me then.
Bullcity Vapor is great. I got my mail @ 9:30, counted everything to the tee. Smelled the 50 flavors I ordered and noticed my DX sweet cream smelled AWFUL. I shot hit a quick e-mail and inquired about the smell. Not even 3 hours later he e-mails me and lets me know that the entire batch smells like that and to get the best notes I need to use it in small amounts and let it steep. Great guy.
their customer service is rockin and rollin but their stock is floppin and droppin unfortunately.
I always assume that you jerks bought everything if I find a flavor out of stock. I just sign up for the restock notification and wait, has never taken longer than a week for the flavors I've needed.
I just placed an order friday night. I got a call saturday morning at 11 to tell me a flavor was not in stock. But shit, who else calls you saturday morning to tell you that. They said I could wait until it arrives(was already in transit), or they would ship the rest and the other flavor when it came. I just think its pretty damn cool they responded to me on a Saturday to tell me this stuff. I will always order from them!
I did basically the exact same thing...except I never inquired about it, just willingly paid the two separate shipping costs. A few days later I received an email that a message was sent to me about my order, they were just informing me that I would find one of the shipping costs worth of store credit on my account and the orders would be combined. I was amazed, just goes to show exceptional customer service always makes a difference and that is the reason why most of us will continue to shop at BCV!
Do they rebottle on small amounts? I am considering buying from them.
The lowest they go is 10-15ml depending on the manufacturer.
