Wizard Labs' customer service is so outstanding I feel compelled to post about it here. I just received this email response. (Helpful info for all, most likely).

I am about to make my first order of DIY supplies, but was disappointed that Wizard Labs does not have a starter kit (I wanted to order from them because they have most flavors I want and plenty of supplies). So I sent them this email:

-----Original Message----- From: Eric Sent: Saturday, August 15, 2015 4:12 AM To: cs@wizardlabs.us Subject: Enquiry Eric

Hi,

I was wondering if you knew when the DIY starter kits would become available? I'm looking into getting into DIY and want to make my first order soon. I need a starter kit and I would prefer to purchase one from you (or even if you could supply me a list of good starter materials?) because you have most of the flavors I want. Please let me know.

Thanks, Eric

A day later, I received this response:

Eric,

Thank you for contacting Wizard Labs!

When I started making juice. I was overwehlmed at the amount of information i I found to process. Here is some of what I learned.

This is a lot of information but I though you would appreciate it. This kit will cover the basic mixing tool requirements for getting started.

6 - 3ml dropper bottles 6 - 10ml dropper bottles 2 - 30ml dropper bottles 2 - 1ml syringes 1 - 3ml syringe 1 - 5ml syringe 1 - 10ml syringe 1 - 14g needle 1 - 16g needle 1 - 18g needle 4 - 1ml pipettes

You will need to purchase choice of nicotine base. We package our nicotine in PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) bottles for safety. They are then carefully wrapped with several layers of bubble wrap and thick plastic to provide the best protection from any leaks that could occur during the rigors of shipment. When your nicotine arrives, please remember to wear gloves. We offer all sizes of nitrate gloves for your convenience. We have found that glass breaks too often when shipping packages. This may cause nicotine to not only soak the rest of the contents in your package, but others mail as well, even though we try to hold our packing to a high standard. The plastic is used for safety and to help ensure your nicotine does not break during shipping. Nicotine solutions should be stored in a dry, cool, dark location that is secured from untrained personnel. Always keep Nicotine solutions out of the reach of children and pets. For long term storage keep Nicotine solutions in a glass container with an airtight lid, and proper labeling. We recommend that you purchase our Amber 120ml bottles with a funnel to transfer your nicotine into for long term storage.

PG and VG will need to be on your list as they are staples in Ejuice as well as flavorings. I recommend you find a recipe you would like to try and purchase the 8ml (.27oz) bottles initially until you have found “your” flavor you like to make. It’s a cheaper way of experimenting with the over 400 flavors we have. I have included some links for more helpful information.

Calculators! So when I started I was overwhelmed at the amount of math I needed to use and remember from school. I tried several calculators out there and the best one I found was http://ejuice.breaktru.com/

Saving your recipe! Every time you try some concoction save the percentages you use and don’t forget to label your bottle

Happy Mixing!

Needless to say, I found that very impressive. I've never received customer service like that, especially from a company I have not yet given a cent to. Just wanted to share because I am way impressed, and also some of the links she provides will be useful to everybody.

I'm gonna jump in here as well. I ordered from wizard labs for my first DIY order, after a few days with no package and checking tracking, it showed that it was hung up in the USPS sorting facility that picked the package up from them. So I shot them an email and they without question sent me a brand new replacement package of everything I ordered the next day. I asked - if for some reason the initial package should come in - if they would like me to return it, and they said no, we hope you enjoy it. This was like a $150 order for all of the things I wanted to start DIYing. It did end up coming like 3 weeks late, and now I have double my order's worth of flavoring, nic, and vg. They're fucking awesome. I'll never use another vendor unless they carry something wizard labs doesn't. I can't say enough good shit about them. Their nic is awesome. Smooth as can be, and the customer service is very friendly, and prompt. Unrivaled awesomeness all around.

Yup. Wizzy is great. I just wish they had an option for dropper bottles for their flavorings instead of glass since I've recently shifted towards mixing by weight. I used to order almost everything from them but now they have competition from companies who cater to us lazy people who don't want to use syringes/pipettes...haha.

Wizards labs is an amazing vendor. If they carried FA I would almost never order from anywhere else except for that rare inw flavor that botboy141 has to trow in to make me spend more money

I wish they would ship to canada. I get it if you can't send nicotine, I'll get that here. But I want everything else from them!

Same thing except sweden. There is an amazing lack of vendors for pretty much any diy here :(

they carry 120mls now which is badass.

Wizardlabs has always hooked it up if there was ever a problem with my order or a flavor

I love their customer service and products. I buy all of my premixed from them: 100% VG with 1.2 nicotine. I just have to add flavor and thinner. GADS is VG thick Wizard Labs also seems to have one of the better selections of 100% VG flavor selections.

I have used Wizard Labs exclusivley for about 1 1/2 years. They are Fantastic. One of the main things that never ceases to amaze me is their PACKAGING. I do tons of mail order and Wizard Labs has the absolute best packainging I have ever seen.
