I have >200 flavorings. Looking at some of you guys' setups, I know it would take me ages to find whatever I was looking for. Also, it must really smell of all different kinds of candy and bakery at your stations. I don't want that. So I made a system.
I have a lot of stackable small plastic boxes that seal completely. Each of them fits 10-15ml bottles. About 28 per box. For the bigger bottles, I leave in a slightly bigger open box.
Each bottle have a small piece of paper tape on the top and a number. This number along with the flavor name, is then input into an excel sheet.
I no longer have to look for a flavoring, I just open my sheet, press CTRL+F and type a bit of the name, and I see a # - so it's incredibly fast for me :)
Wow, that is such a good way to organize flavors. My stash is a currently a mess and it takes forever to find things. I think I need to buy some labels and try your system out.
You won't regret it! :) The best part for my wife, is that it keeps the smells to a minimum :D
I hear you about the Mrs. That led to this. I haven't gone beyond alphabetical like you have, but I only have around 100(so far). There is some damn recipe called "bronuts" that people say you can't live without, so gonna be adding 2 more flavors soon...sigh

I have four identical tables to this just to store all of this nectar of the gods.
Naturally, even /u/skiddlzninja approves of this measure.
If only it was actually that color. It is instead a shade of brown that has never known happiness, and was born in the pits of hell for this purpose alone.
Here's mine. The very top shelf on the wall rack is just regular ejuice but everything below that is flavorings. And the wood rack in front of the PG/VG bottles are 8ml Wizard flavor vials.
Is making your own juice really the cheaper option? And does is taste as good as juice I can pick up from a local store??
Let me pose it to you this way: Do you think that stores are selling their juices at a loss?
That depends on if you can find recipes that you like. If you can and then only buy those ingredients needed, DIY will be way cheaper in the long run. VG and PG are about $13 a quart (less if you buy larger sizes). Flavorings are already cheaper than pre-made ejuice on a per ml basis and when you factor in that most recipes are less than 20% flavoring, that savings factor is multiplied by 5 or so.
Please excuse the mod graveyard. Found the storage shelf at target in the hobby section, it fits the bigger 4oz bottles perfectly. It's probably hard to tell but each cubby hole is a different Flavoring company.
I'm space conscious and didn't like all the bottles out that I was collecting. Ended up with a stack on organizer of drawers and an alphabetically sorted excel sheet with the drawer location of the flavor. Each drawer is labeled as a category such as creams, fruits, vanillas, misc, tobacco, cakes, nuts, etc.
I refill the small bottles as needed.

That looks great. Where did you purchase it from?
Thanks, got it on amazon.
Working on getting a digital scale, pipettes and another organizer drawer.
Here is mine. It has taken 2 years but im happy with it. You can almost see all of it in this pic. I gave up buying small bottles and just get 4oz of anything.
I seem to have forgotten my reddit name. Blast! Made a new one just for this.

I have another 48 Flavor Art bottles coming in on Thursday.
At the bottom is my mini fridge set to freezer mode with all my bases and nicotine, as well as my ultrasonic cleaner.
Here's mine. I like to keep things neat. Alas, I have run out of room since this picture was taken. I will need another rack.
What size is that rack and where did you get it? I want one!
Petty sure it's this one.
