On the quest for Bacon!
submitted about 10 years ago by PierGarrettinni

I'm looking for a bacon flavor. FA has a fried bacon flavor and from reading reviews it is clear that it is really pancetta; Italian bacon. Not good for my purposes, what I need is greasy american breakfast bacon. A friend put the idea in my head after tasting Enyawreklaw's 'Bronuts'. People put bacon on donuts, and savory and sweet is nice. More importantly, I think that FA Joy could prove to be a solid flavor for transitioning the savory/sweet divide. If bacon donuts proves viable(if I can find a good bacon flavor), I will attempt vanilla milkshake and chips.

Judging by your name, I'll take this advice as being of substance.

I purchased a small amount of CAP Bacon for the hell of it several months ago. I mixed it at 5% standalone as a test. I truly does suck. I suppose it tastes something like bacon but it's more smoke than anything. I hope to eventually try it in tiny amounts in tobaccos to get that smokey taste. Other than that, just say no to bacon.

There's a b&m near my house that sells a bacon ejuice. I'm not sure which vendor made the concentrate but it tastes and smells like burnt bacon grease. Vape at your own discretion. Lol

God, do they use Curlz MS on their labels as well? That website hurts to look at.

I have never tried bacon juice but based on that website I would avoid anything they are selling.

Nope. Never try this. Sure, it sounds like a decent idea but in practice, it's terrible.

If you do attempt to try this, I'd suggest getting a clone atty somewhere before you go and ruin something nice.

For the love of God don't do it! I saw bacon flavor on wizard labs, had some extra maple flavoring laying around, and thought, "maple bacon is awesome, how could this possibly go wrong?"

It went so wrong.

I tried CAP crispy bacon, (made a waffle and bacon sort of juice) and I didn't think it was too bad. That said, undo think it's more smoky than bacony. I think this is probably what vendors are using in "grilled" recipes, honestly.

Thats very helpful because the consensus for FA fried bacon flavor is that it tastes of bacon grease, but no smoke. So, possibly, the smoke from the CAP and the grease from the FA could come up with something resembling bacon.

how badly did it stain your atty? I've read that this is a big concern.
