Rebel's Red Berries N' Cream
submitted about 10 years ago by crosstown_rebel

Okay, so, let me preface this by saying that you're all probably pretty wiped out on Strawberries and Cream flavors at this juncture in the vape game... BUT, I Implore you to try this recipe. At the worst, you'll have an addition of a super versatile, delicious cream added to your arsensal of flavors. It started out as a creamy strawberry milkshake and I had something, but it wasn't quite where I wanted it. After some help from a fellow DIY'er, /u/Straight_Dope, I got it where I wanted it precisely.

  • CAP Sweet Strawberry 3.5%

  • TFA Strawberry Ripe 3.5%

  • INW Raspberry Koncentrat (Malina) .33% (Tweak up to .5 for more strawberry punch, or down for more cream)

  • HS French Vanilla Ice Cream 2.5% (essential, the real kicker here and an excellent cream flavor that is amazing. trust me on this)

  • FA Cream Fresh 1.5%

  • FA Meringue 1%

  • TFA Vanilla Swirl 1.5%

  • TFA Sweet Cream 1.5%

Against every ounce of willpower in my body, I resisted tinkering with this recipe further. I wanted to let flavors speak for themselves and learn how to balance fewer flavors together to harmonize the properties of each. Keeping it simple a la /u/fizzmustard, if you will. However, when I mixed this up and tried, I instantly knew it was going to be something special. You've got a nice full strawberry note with a nice touch of tartness from the raspberry. Just barely noticeable but I promise it's there at the front. You've got the main cream note in HS FVIC, which is an unbelievable flavor, and then the supporting creams to give it a nice ice cream full creamy note and mouthfeel, with a small finish of meringue to sweeten up the bunch a touch.

Go ahead and give this a try, let me know what you think.

Lol. Sorry guys, I should probably order more now before its all gone. It's so fucking good even as a standalone vape. Unless my taste buds are broken.

Don't apologize, obscurity is the key to success in this industry. The people who innovate with new* flavors and various manufacturers are the ones who end up making the most unique blends. Kudos I say!

I would strongly advise picking up FVIC and their HS Cream, as well as HS Italian Cream. :) Sorry Mclovens!

I will acknowledge the goodness of Italian Cream, just haven't tried the others yet.

Starting to seem like I'm asking this on every recipe these days but...

is that INW Raspberry or Raspberry Concentrate? (they are two different flavors)

Koncentrat Malina

Thanks!

Oh and you don't have to write "malina" - that's just raspberry in Polish, so both flavor bottles have that on them ;)

Actually there's a raspberry in their original Inawera line and another one in their Wera Garden line. Never seen anyone use Wera Garden though. There's also a raspberry - shisha type in the original line.

What companies are HS and FA? Still semi new to this.

Figured it out. For anyone else with the same question HA (Hangsen) and FA (Flavor Art)
