So I've been on a total raspberry binge for the last few weeks. I've loved INW Raspberry Concentrate (Malina) for quite a long time, however, it's not perfectly rounded for me. Also, it has it's limitations as far as potency is concerned. It's a strong flavor for sure, but over 2% and you start getting chemical background notes and I wanted to lift it up a little bit.
I wanted something similar to a raspberry sorbet here and this comes close to my previously posted raspberry sorbet recipe but with some small adjustments for improvement.
Rockin' Razzberry
2.5% FA Custard
1% FA Vienna Cream
2.5% FW Razzleberry
2% INW Raspberry Concentrate
0.5% FA Lemon Sicily
0.5% TFA Orange Cream
0.2% Citric Acid (10%)
0.1% TFA Menthol
0.1% TFA Koolada
FA Custard + Vienna Cream is a base I have used before for sherbet/sorbet style vapes with varying percentages. It works well to add a nice creamy base with an ice cream like feel without detracting or adding too much vanilla flavor or otherwise.
FW Razzleberry + INW Raspberry is my new favorite raspberry mix. Took awhile to find a solid compliment to INW Raspberry (malina) but I think this does really well to add some of the missing back notes to INW Raspberry.
Lemon Sicily + Orange Cream adds a background citrus note and lightens up the whole mix a little bit.
Citric Acid helps to pop the raspberry a little more bringing it more forefront without adding any chemical background taste.
Menthol brightens up the whole mix just slightly and when combined with the small amount of Koolada helps to cool this all down to be a chillaxing summer vape.
Definitely shake and vape worthy, not sure how it is after a steep yet but IME they tend to only get better.
Enjoy everyone!
People are catching on to some of FW's gems! I like it.
I knew i shouldnt have clicked this thread.. 2 more flavorings to add to my next order. At least i wont have to sleep on the couch since she made me get my own bed, im a violent sleeper. :/
Thanks for sharing BB, much appreciated.
Let me guess, razzleberry
Points for using Razzleberry. I never even thought to mix it with INW raz, nice job homie
What's the razzleberry like? Any similarity to TFA raspberry sweet, FA raspberry, or is it in a different category altogether?
Different category all together. I find it hard to explain really, it's definitely raspberry, just has some different notes to it. I dunno, my palette is so clumsy I can't really explain it well.
I have to ask. You say you have a clumsy palate and can't taste strawberry. How do you make good recipes? I rely on friends testing mine before I share on here. Do you have tasters as well, or are you just familiar with the profiles by now?
You dont happen to have a massive stash of Vienna Cream do you? I just went and checked and i have 5 or 6 drops left. Id be willing to pay 3 billion dollars for 10ml. Bullcity is out.
EDIT: Nevermind, they are out of every other concentrate i need too so i reckon ill just wait.
I wish, actually just put a few of my concentrates out of stock so I could maintain stock for regular juice orders til my order comes in from FA.
The 500ml from ELM I had bitched about still isn't here (they finally shipped and USPS delivered to wrong address on Wednesday...)
Ready to go postal for realz

I hear ya. Maybe you guys should shut down the sub for awhile so we can get our concentrates without all the new folks grabbing them. Normally i love to share but now there is nothing, anywhere. Just a little sarcasm, well half sarcasm, hehe.
Best of luck getting your situation straightened out.
All good, just no Rainbow Sherbet, Pleasing Peanuts or Vicious Vanilla Concentrates for about a week. I have enough materials on hand most likely, but don't want to jeopardize postponing a wholesale order that's coming in the next couple days.
I only have FW Raspberry, I would imagine it would be pretty close to sub? I know it isn't the same but I may try it out anyway, unless you have already done that and it sucks
got an FW Razzleberry sub? i have all FA fruits..was thinking about doing maybe a little FA Pineapple and FA Raspberry
Do you have any experience with INW WG raspberry? I've got it sitting around too but haven't messed with it much. Haven't tried it by itself yet, but did replace the Malina with it in a mix @1%. Tasted good, but actually seemed a little bit weaker...
Is INW Raspberry (malina) different than just INW Raspberry?
There's Raspberry Concentrate and Raspberry WG, both are malina.
This recipe uses concentrate (I just label things weird). I use very few of the Wera Gardens line from INW.
