Those who are putting out a lot of product, what are some things you wouldn't be able to live without for this process? I don't want to go through a company to produce my product, I'd rather have control over it.
You really need to get a viable bottling solution. pouring one bottle at a time is a huge pain in the ass. A 30-60 ml pump makes your life a lot easier. Then i would suggest pre-mixing concentrates for your juice, instead of mixing from scratch every time. I do 5L of concentrate at a time, a huge time saver. If you mix more then a liter, i suggest getting a paint mixer attachment for a drill, makes mixing hell of a lot easier and doesn't introduce bubbles into the mix (if that's what you want). Also if the liquid is high on vg, preheating it a bit makes it easier to mix. You will figure things out as you go, but these are some basics that i had to learn the hard way.
Do you have an example for the filling pump you're using? Is there a reason not to like them bubblez when mixing?
you can bottle way faster after mixing and don't have to wait for them bubblez to settle. also you don't get that weird line that bubbles might leave on a glass bottle. Of course if you want to steep it in a big container that doesn't make a difference. For a pump you can use something like this depending on the amount you need to dispense at a time. I was considering multiple heated magnetic mixers for large batches, but other than that, thanks for the concentrate tips, I'll definitely do that!

How does a paint mixer attachment NOT introduce bubbles/air into the mix? I thought that was the one downside to using one?

*If its a small batch its just hand poured. (premix+nic+VG in one 1L squeez bottle)
How does that machine work with Max VG? Any problems?
Make large flavor bases - If you have recipes that vary in total flavor percentage, even them out with PG, so all flavor bases are mixed at the same percentage, then premix nic base at the levels you need with room for the flavor percentage you settled on - after than it's easy peasy :)
Now this prohibits you to make max VG, but it's going to make your life a lot easier :)
