Help me out guys. Threw some ingredients together on a whim.

I let it sit for a few days, until just now I took a hit and chuckled. Took another and almost laughed out loud. I've never made anything this bad. I'm baffled, because.. This tastes exactly like jalapeños. Still I'm vaping away because this is seriously funny.
Where is this coming from? None of the flavors have this strong, green vegetative flavor on their own. Not going to develop this any further, gods no, but I'm curious.
My guess is Hexenol, after checking the msds sheets,
-
Strawberry ripe .5%
-
Pear 1-10%
-
Kiwi double 1-10%
In general there seems to be too many matches with pear and strawberry ripe in theory.
There is a huge difference if you have .025% or .25% of this stuff in your finished product.
/u/Abdada made some Bavarian cream concentrate with .15g of coumarin and had impressions of a dentist office of it, imagine having multiple concentrates with traces of coumarin and throwing them together gives heavy woodruff taste. Mixing the "wrong" concentrates throws off total balance of the individual flavour concentrates.
Link for those interested.
Haha! /r/deeper_diy is leaking. I'm not complainin' though, I'm impressed. I hope to someday have this kind of knowledge. Not that I'm even close, our first batch of DIY, I hope will, have shipped by tomorrow. But at least I can have aspirations. And I'm scared.
Edit: an underscore.
I still have that Bavarian cream. Still tastes like dental office. Steeping is not a cure.
Hexanal and hexanol both offer that lovely fresh cut lawn aroma. Also useful in going for a white rice taste.
The crisp tart part of jalapeño pepper is definitely hexanal and I've gotten that before mixing strawberry and kiwi. Yuck.
Jalapeño and cut grass. Couldn't get any more accurate with what this tastes like. I'm surprised I went through a ml or so of this stuff just for laughs. Would almost like to search substitute concentrates w/out these ingredients, but I'm so disheartened by this flavor that it'll have to wait for another time.
White rice though? Wouldn't that be sort of useful? Thinking of mochi, the Japanese pounded rice sweets.
ARE YOU SURE. that you didn't use TFA-Strawberry and not Strawberry (Ripe)?
because I do know that TFA Strawberry can give an earthy planty taste. like your eating the green stim of a strawberry. But I haven't had it happen with strawberry Ripe.
i always thought TFA Strawberry tasted candy-ish to me, but i've been hearing reg strawberry taste stemmy-leafy to people
it does taste sweet candy like. but too much makes an earthy taste
