So for everyone wondering, yes, I'm still working on the Bloody Mary. Almost got it cracked. Latest batch was stable for just under 72 hours before it went bad. I know what needs changing now, just waiting on an order to come in. Once I have it down perfectly, I'll share the recipe.
Also, a quick question. I'm designing a few other savories, but I need some rather unusual flavorants. I know FlavourArt has some of them, but I cannot, for the life of me, find a US-based seller that has them. Any suggestions on a seller in the US that has them, or perhaps a different brand?
you know that weird side of youtube?
well i think /u/cwinthrop holds the key to the weird side of E-juice....and i Love it LOL.
let me know when that bloody marry is done.
Oh, definitely. :) I've noticed that people are getting bored with fruit/candy/cream style eJuices. It's a natural progression towards savory. And I intend to be ready for it.
Soon as the Bloody Mary becomes stable I'll post the recipe. Might even be willing to send around samples.
Which FA flavors are you looking for that you can't find @ BCV/EcigExpress?
Ideally, I'd love to have all of them (except for the oil-based ones), but specifically, the Bread Crust, Roast Chicken, both Potato flavors, and the Saffron. I couldn't find them on ECigExpress or Bull City.
> This flavor contains Diacetyl and/or related diketones. Not suitable for vaping. For further details see diacetyl page in Vape Heaven section.
These are not part of FA's Ecig Line so I doubt you're going to find them from US re-sellers. if you still want to dabble regardless, you will likely need to purchase direct from FA.

Have you tried adding any ascorbic acid? Vitamin C is GRAS for inhalation in limited quantities, and is in a catagory all its own for flavor preservation. It helps prevent things from ripening and limits oxidation.
Actually, I have. Ranges from .5% up to 3%. No joy.
The problem is the jalapeno. I've got it at 1% (any lower and it's not there at all), and it's fine after a quick shake, but once we start coming up on 72 hours, that's the ONLY thing you can taste. Everything else fades away completely.
So my next step is doing away with it completely in favor of a bell pepper flavorant instead (it's ordered, and on the way).
What I'd REALLY like is a celery, but all I can find of it is oil based. :(
This makes me wonder where I ran across that worcestershire sauce flavor. Ewww
