80/20 juice is coming out thin and burns very quickly.

I'm kind of new to this, but I dove in after reading advice here on Reddit.
I was vaping Dr. Crimmy's at 80/20 before I started DIY juice.
The recipe I used for a 30 ml bottle is:

22.56 ml VG from wizard labs

2.64 ml PG from wizard labs

1.8 ml pg based 100 mg/ml nicotine

2 ml sweet strawberry pg base (cap)

1 ml sweet cream pg base (tfa)

It's much thinner than any 80/20 I've used. While driving I usually go through half of a kanger subtank mini overnight. Last night, I went through 2 full tanks. Is it my ingredients, the brand, or should I replace the 2.64 ml of pg with vg since the flavoring is pg? Kind of baffled here.

It's hot out right now, all of my juices have bee thinner after exposing to heat for extended periods of time.

this, if I leave my mod in the car and it heats up the tank while I'm out and about. I come back and it's unbearable until it cools back down.

You shouldn't leave your mod in your car. Heat and batteries don't mix well.

It's possible that your VG has taken on enough moisture from the air to thin it a bit, and it's possible that it was watered down when you bought it, but it's not something we can say for sure.

Either way, the lower viscosity of it will improve wicking, which should help to keep it from burning, if anything. If you're going through it faster as a result of better wicking and vapour production, then it's more an issue of habit than a problem with the juice. I wouldn't worry about it so long as you can keep enough on hand.

The vg itself is thick enough that when I tried to pull it into a syringe through a 16 gauge tip, I couldn't. I ended up taking the tip off just to get it in the syringe. Is that normal, or a little thin? It was also pretty warm here, but the bottle had only been open for the 2 minutes it took me to draw it in.

Vg is cheap enough, maybe I just need to experiment with different suppliers.

It sounds like your VG is fine. Not sure what to suggest, I don't go for the high VG end of the spectrum at all. The vast majority of the time I mix at 50/50, which is quite thin.

I have 2 bottles of Vg I use. One is 100VG, super thick, kinda hard to work with sometimes. The other bottle i have is 100% VG diluted with 10% Distilled water. It has a viscosity similar to PG but definitely thicker and gloopy-er? When I mix up to 70vg/30pg it does look alot thinner but still gets the clouds like 100%VG base.

Maybe your Vg has been diluted?

By my math you have 7.44ml of PG in your 30ml, whereas a 30ml of 80/20 should have a max of 6ml of PG. Not a huge difference but might be enough for you to notice if you're used to thick blends?
