Am I just an idiot, or are the FlavorArt blue caps not removable? All of my orders so far have been fulfilled with the orange caps and dripper tips, which pop right off. My new FA flavors that came in yesterday all have those blue caps and I cannot remove them. Am I missing something? I wound up just squeezing some into 10 ml plastic bottles for the time being.
Yeah... after my 4th or 5th order of FA flavorings I noticed I can remove the big orange cap and there is a smaller one underneath. I was so happy, removed the caps on like 15 flavors with that hnnnnngggg feeling, then got these new caps on my most recent order. I hate them.
They may be better but I JUST FIGURED THIS OUT NOW YOU TAKE IT AWAY FROM ME?!?
Agreed; these new blue caps blow. Although, I was wrestling with them last night after I had a few rum and ginger ales in me, that certainly didn't help my plight. Regardless, they still suck.
There's a latch on one side that needs popped down, then you can lift it up, the otherside is the hinge.
Yeah, I can get them open with no problem but I want to completely remove the entire cap. I've wrenched on it pretty aggressively but stopped out of fear of it breaking or dumping.
I ended up ripping that latch portion off with pliers. I couldn't figure out how to open it otherwise. And I just now figured out that if you squeeze the raised lines on the side of the cap, it opens easily. But those weak-ass plastic "hinges" aren't going to last long.
