I currently have an exceptionally large fishing tackle box similar to this http://www.planomolding.com/fishing/plano-tackle-systems/758005.html. It holds the bulk of my supplies including all my flavors which are in original packaging. My concern is whether or not storing 100 flavors in such close proximity will, overtime, taint the flavors. I ask because when I open the chest the smell is intense(and very good!). I do not currently have a room in my house to dedicate to mixing. Maybe baking soda packets in the box? I simply dont want to ruin my supplies due to not knowing proper storage protocols for these flavorants.
My concern with keeping them in there would be splashing of the liquid going from compartment to compartment each time you opened a tray. Oh wait... nevermind, you said you're keeping them in the original packaging. That should be fine ;P
