Only a few people knew about this as I was getting everything lined up for a September opening but Arkansas is making me move much faster than I had planned.
Gremlin Juice will be opening a new section on our website as soon as I can get it put together. We will be selling DIY flavorings and a few odds and ends such as syringes, Luer Lock tips, some bottles... mostly its the flavorings and small quantities of PG and VG (No gallons! I just don't want to ship that much!! LOL).
I have already received the green light from FW, TFA, Cap and just this morning FlavourArt. These flavorings will be on sale along with one more brand, a Gremlin Select section so you can also purchase a selection of flavor bases from our own line, such as Red, White and Blue, Blue Gremlin, Pixie Dust, etc.
We of course already have a LOT of flavors in stock, but I will be adding a VERY large amount very soon.
But, with this news now out there, give me a week or two to let me know what (if anything) you would like to see from us. (Other than FA - Joy, I have noticed that carrying that flavor is required) What sizes, special flavors, and just, well, anything. I used to buy the tiny vials from Wizard Labs and High Dessert Vapes once upon a time... do people still buy them in those tiny bottles? We have 5ml on up for sizes.
If nothing else, this post will be fun to look back on in a few years and say "Remember when..."
I'm rambling now so I'll just stop here. I hope we can find a place in the DIY world. This is something I've been wanting to do for a very long time! I am extremely excited about it !!
Rich and the Gremlins
That's awesome to hear. We can always use another reliable supplier, that's for sure. Do you plan to sell a concentrate of your vanilla custard? I've never had it but I've heard good things about it.
Definitely second/third the Inawera vote, and Flavorah as well.
Yu0. Inawara biscuit seems to be the other popular flavor that's sometimes hard to get.
Funny you say that. I have 200ml of it coming from BCV. In 10ml bottles each... looks like I'm going to have some fun re-bottling this weekend.
Looks like you have 4 of the most popular brands covered. Now if you can somehow manage what seems to be the impossible, always being in stock on all flavors, you will be rewarded. If I didn't have to jump around to 2 or 3 different websites, usually having to pay shipping at each, I'd go to your shop as first choice. The flavor bases are a huge plus.
This is exciting and I wish you the best of luck with it! I think the most popular sizes right now are normally 10 or 15ml, 30ml and 4oz sizes. I think most of us are just doing DIY for ourselves and maybe a few friends so those sizes usually fit our needs.
The most frustrating thing though is vendors not having flavors in stock. I know it is a difficult task but if you can keep a majority of your flavors in stock at all times, you will be successful. There is nothing more annoying than having to place orders at 3 different vendors and still not being able to get everything you wanted because they were out of stock.
Also, check out Inawera flavorings. They have some really excellent ones(Biscuit, Raspberry, Cactus).
Keeping things in stock is required in our shop! :) If we run out of flavors, we can't sell product. If we can't sell product, we can't pay the rent. Now... if FW is out of stock... that's a different animal. There are a few flavors I know are hard to depend on with an order, so those are kept at high re-order levels just in case. I HATE running out of stuff!
I will definitely check out Inawera. I've heard good things. /u/flavorah - I'm looking at you too!!!
Definitely pick up Flavorah, think you'd be the first re-seller and it'd be great to not have to go direct.
Inawera is a must as well IMPO if you really want to compete with the BCV's of the world. Hangsen while not wildly popular is easy enough to at least offer in 10ml bottles.
FWIW, INW is easy to get set up with and you can always pay with PayPal or WireTransfer (just not CC IME).
I'd als9 be curious about German Flavours flavoring offerings. I wouldn't expect you to carry that right off the bat but maybe down the line?
However I will be happy to order from you because I think geographically you're closer to me than the other vendors I've ordered from. Maybe it means the postman won't thwart me as much making me wait.
Let meet up /u/gremlinjuice! We are practically neighbors (or refugees) up here in Washington. One note about flavorors and keeping them in stock: we have a supply chain too, and sometimes it is really complicated. A flavor can have dozens of components, and just one little thing being unavailable and you have to put that item out of stock...
4oz bottles. Just saying.
Congrats on the new additions. Have to check it out soon. 😆
Give me a couple weeks. This was planned for a month and a half from now so I'm going to rush it into place. :)
Also try and get some Brewers Best, Flavorah, and Hangsen (you can thank bot boy for the need of them)
Congratulations. A couple flavors I've been having a hard time getting my hands on are FA cream fresh and CAP cinnamon danish swirl. The latter I've been able to get once but cream fresh has eluded me entirely. Double up on those and you'll be off to a good start.
This may be a dumb question, but are cream fresh and fresh cream 2 different flavors?
FA is made in Italy. They say shit backwards over there. Hence the confusion.
Someone is always carrying those two flavors. Especially CDS. Wizardlabs has it now. 8ml, 30ml and 4oz. Very easy to find that one. Fresh cream is harder to come by but definitely always available as well. I don't want to mention any other vendors here since it may be rude, but if you need help then pm me.
Not rude at all around me. I'm the one spearheading the Agents of the Juice in the e-liquid side of things. I've always believed the vendors can do better as a group than as competitors. I hope that will turn out to be the same with DIY as well.
Well thanks. That's a good way to look at it. That's capitalism though. Sometimes it's great but sometimes it breeds greed and envy that separates everyone and everything in its path. I'm glad to hear that some people still care just as much about customers as themselves.
Any International shipping available?
I hadn't thought of that... Being an e-liquid vendor I am used to saying no, but the e-liquid is completely different. The problem I will have is finding a way to block the sale of the pre-made liquid, but allow the sale of the flavoring.
The other major hurdle will be the payment situation. I have opened international funds a couple times in the past and have had to close it up after less than a week each time due to chargebacks, shipping problems and just plain theft. (A purchase is made, paid for and shipped, and after it leaves the country I get a chargeback because the card number was stolen.)
I would like to think that we can work something out... Dwolla is vape friendly, I've used that on occasion with a few select customers in France and the UK.
Short story long, I would like to remain optimistic on that.
EDIT: It is now looking like GremlinDIY.com will become its own separate business so we would be able to ship globally.
> (A purchase is made, paid for and shipped, and after it leaves the country I get a chargeback because the card number was stolen.)
Well, I guess thats why we cant have nice things :( Best of luck with the plan though, will be interesting to see how it takes off.
It's happening!!!! My only request is squeeze bottles for us gravity mixers. :)
Aye, The secret is now officially out. To be honest, I haven't even told the staff this yet. Although I did leave a note on the white board in case I'm late to work tomorrow LOL
This is great news! If you guys can stay competitive on price and offer a wide selection from the big vendors, you'll be my only stop for flavor concentrates. I hate hate hate trying find the flavors I'm looking for on 8 different sites with 8 different prices, few bottle size options and sometimes redic shipping rates, etc. Supporting fellow WA vendors is also a huge plus! I'm stoked!
I would make sure that you have all the flavors listed in the sidebar under My First Flavors order. Please remember that, regardless of what you're going to carry, just carry enough so that you're not selling out in between shipments.
GREAT suggestion. Tomorrow I'll put an order in for the one's I'm missing.
This may help as well. Sorted by popularity
Make sure the LA Banana Cream is the colorless one.
You'll need to contact LA directly to do this (assuming you have a wholesale account already). They are happy to provide it in minimum quantity size of 5 gallons for the colorless banana cream. I want to say the price is right around $400 for 5 gallons + shipping.
Any possibility of selling nicotine in any size? Also this is exciting!
Very possible. I was thinking about offering premixed nic base in whatever mg you like.... but here's the catch...
If I only sell bottles and flavors, PG and VG, I can sell to and ship anywhere in the world. As soon as I add nicotine to the site and to the orders, I am forced to start excluding countries, mainly Canada.
Let me think out loud with y'all for a moment. Gremlinjuice.com can sell the nicotine, just like we do any other ready to vape liquid. And if I open a completely separate business, gremlindiy.com can stay open to the world. I'm just selling flavorings to all you cake bakers and candy makers out there.
(P.S. GremlinDIY.com has just been purchased.) This is fun!
Depending on your sites platform, I'm 99.9% confident you can exclude specific products or categories of products from international shipping (at least I know I can with Volusion).
BTW, I've ordered a lot of your Red White and Blue. Its in my top 3 favorites.
That really was a flavor that I put together for a freebie during a 4th of July weened sale. It was never meant to be on the site, but after the sale, everyone insisted that it was for sale! :)

Carry ALL of the FA flavors. I think they have around 50-60, and so far Eliquid Mart is the only one with an extensive collection. Their $1.79 for 5ml FA samplers are the only reason I order there.
-
Sampler sizes are a great idea if you can price them similar to Wizard Labs. They're absolutely essential for the more expansive brands like Inewara, FA, MF etc. because I don't want to spend $5+ on a flavor I might not end up liking.
If you can sell Medicine Flower samplers like abdada it'll be great. I'd buy 25-50% dilutions to see what they taste like. I do understand this might not be feasible financially though.
-
Try to keep items in stock. Every time I need to place an order I have to order from 2 - 3 different sites because something is always out of stock.
-
You probably can't beat ECX/WL in terms of selection and price, but their stock upkeep sucks and I always end up paying extra to also place orders at BCV/WL etc. I'm more inclined to pay a little more and order everything from the same place. Also glass vials suck, I need to use pipettes and what not, I'd rather have LDPE bottles.

Gremlin concentrates is a great idea! I'll definitely buy some.
I'll be honest, I forgot how much work setting up a store site was! Products and graphics, taxes and shipping rules, and page after page of default text to find and replace! It's kind-a fun though! I am adding products and making them non purchasable for now so I can safely open the site a week before going live to let people in and look around. (and report all the text that I miss! LOL)
I just got into DIY juice and I like the small bottles. It gives me a chance to buy a flavor for cheap, make a single flavor bottle to taste it. Then if I like it I can make a more complex juice with it, if that's good I'd buy a bigger bottle if it sucks I move on without wasting money on a huge bottle. That's just my 2¢.
Are y'all located In Arkansas? If so where at?
Nope, we are in Washington state. Olympia/Lacey area. My reference to Arkansas was that there is going to be a LOT of people from there looking for help mixing their own liquid now that the state made it illegal to but it from anyone but a licensed local B&M. Even DIY supplies are technically illegal. Don't be surprised if Gremlin DIY suddenly becomes Gremlins Flavored Frostings and Candy supply. LOL
I drive through here at least once a month. You guys have a storefront?
It's amazing that you are releasing recipes and selling flavoring concentrates of your juices. You don't see many other companies doing this. Well any at all lol. What I think would be great is if e juice had to be regulated, juice companies would switch to selling nic, bases, and flavoring concentrates.
