Flavor concentrates containing alcohol.

Hey all,

So I'm sitting here with some flavorings I can't work with, namely:

TFA cherry

TFA skittles

FW raspberry

It's there a way to "cook" the alcohol out of my flavor base, or final solution (that sounds a little Hitler-ish) that won't affect the flavor too badly?

I just heat the juice in a hot water bath and leave the cap off until it cools. This allows the alcohol to evaporate.

Pretty sure TFA cherry is just actually cherry flavored nyquil. Otherwise, you can let them breathe with the caps off in a dark place at room temp. I wouldn't use heat, as it tends to wreck candy/fruit aromas.

The ethyl is there because the volatiles won't dissolve into PG at the desired concentration. If you were to lower the concentration by adding pg and vg (make a juice with it) you vould then do a warm bath with the cap off to vent the ethyl.
