I've been at this DIY adventure for a few months now and for the most part, I find recipes I like and follow them to a T, or I make minor adjustments. When I do come up with something, it's fairly simple.
When summer rolls around, my wife starts making peach crisp way too often. I love it, but I have no self control... But I digress. I wanted to create an ejuice that captures those warm caramelized peaches, buried under a crispy oatmeal, brown sugar and butter crust sitting in a bowl with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
I made this shit post as soon as I got the idea, to get some thoughts from the more experienced mixers. So after some discussion, and experimentation, I'm really happy about this. My first, original, complex recipe. My wife refuses to try it to compare though...

It's been sitting for a day before I allowed my self a go at it. I'm sure it will only get better.
I really enjoyed breaking down the components of a dish I like and reconstructing it in a different form.
I would love to hear feedback, if someone takes the time to make this.
Looks very good. Another one I must try.
Thanks, I'm pretty proud of this one. After a day, and letting a buddy try it, I think next time I'd bump the peach up a percent more.
Don't have DX Hazelnut... sub? FW?
The only reason hazelnut is in there, is to try to capture a little bit of nutty/grainy flavor of the oatmeal along with the AP. I'd have used INW almond as /u/abdada suggested but I didn't have it. Other than TFA Peanut Butter, that's the only nut flavor I've got.
So if you've got almond, use that.
