So I've been vaping for 10 months now, and had the great epiphany I'm sure many on this sub had- I pay on average £0.54/ml for juice, when I could be getting it at £0.14/ml if I DIY, plus I can be more assured of the Provenance of my e-liquid too!
So I bought 250ml base liquid from cloudhousevapour, 90/10 vg/pg, 3mg/ml nic. Then 5 20ml MBV concentrates and 5 100ml bottles.
My intention is to simply divide my base into 5x50ml portions, add a 20ml concentrate to each making a final juice blend of 0.21 nic strength 70 ml juice with a blend of ~38/62 pg/vg.
I just wanted some reassurance that this is right, because if it is then it's obscenely easy! Edit: important typo, I'm doing 90/10 vg/pg other way round would be harsh!
That's almost 30% flavoring, that's probably too high - depending on the flavor and your palette of course, but I'd suggest starting at 15% or so..
edit: just remembered reading that most of MBV is good at 20%. 20% flavor goes as follows:
If you want your amount of base to yield 5x50ml juices:
50 ml base + 12 ml flavoring
If you want to use a whole 20 ml bottle of flavor per juice:
80 ml base + 20 ml flavoring
The concentrates are things like hawk sauce, thug juice. I have tried these flavours before, am certain I like them, and think I would prefer a small 'flavour shot' hence the extra 8%. Plus it's the Even-ist with no leftovers from my mix run, I'm gonna steep the fuck out of those 5 bottles too whilst I terminate the box of 'premium' juices in my stash!
A juice with too high of a flavor percentage might actually have less flavor than when mixed optimally. It might taste mighty fine to you though, and if it's too much, too perfumey or chemical or even dull, you can just dilute it with more base. Here's a link to you.

After you experiment with those flavors, (idk about hawk sauce that on is hard to clone) Flavor west sells them much cheaper, thug juice is just a single flavor Jungle juice from FW.
Thanks for the tips, now that I feel I have dialled in my perfect set ups to vape with no doubt I will now descend deep into this rabbit hole of juice making until I have found my ultimate vape- and then I assume I will just transcend into a beautifully tasty thick vapour cloud!
I'm not sure what your situation is, but I'd suggest buying a higher strength nic base and picking up bottles of pure PG and VG to dilute it down with. I know it is cheaper for me to do it this way, but I'm not sure what prices you are paying on your side of the pond for these materials.
You can do it even cheaper if you buy the vg and pg separately. Also you will want to look into individual flavor suppliers eventually like TFA (the flavor apprentice) CAP (Capella) and many others. I'm making juice at $.04 per ml right now. Another major benefit to individual flavors is that you can experiment and find recipes to modify to create your own masterpiece. Good luck.
