One of the b&m shops in my town is starting to devote a small portion of their shop to all things DIY. Flavor concentrates, vg/pg, bottles, mixing tools etc. For ridiculously reasonable prices. I was wary about it when I heard but I went to check it out and it seems pretty legit to me. They're gonna fully stock three or four big name US flavor manufacturers so except for my weird fringe flavors and nicotine I'll never have to pay shipping again. I may have just died and gone to heaven.

I've been wondering why more places haven't caught onto this to fulfill the need. I'd happily pay more than online prices to get something today.

Cause even at ridiculous mark up, they make very little on it and require a much larger inventory to be effective compared to stocking and selling juice to the public. On top of that, the market is much much much smaller locally.
Only way it really makes sense for a retail shop to offer DiY supplies is two possibilities.
1.) They make their own juice in house and aren't opposed to having large stock of flavors they don't use in current lines.
2.) They have a reasonable online presence for DiY supplies and offer retail to pair with the rest of their business.
