Has anyone on here tried one hit wonders milk man? I'm not trying to clone it but what I am trying to do is wrap my head around how creamy they made it. It's like thick and creamy. Usually I can get juice to be one or the other but not both at once. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I often use a touch of amaretto, marshmallow, or bavarian cream with custard, in very small amounts (.5-1.%) to enhance the creamy mouthfeel. IT does not affect the flavor at that percentage.

I suggest you sample it straight - mix a drop on a wick with about 9-10 drops of VG.
It will help you recognize the nuances so if you are mixing and it overpowers the flavor you are trying to enhance you recognize it in the mix.
MTS Vape Wizard for thickness, creamy from anything creamy. Custard usually plays a role (never had this juice though).
My mind went to mts vape wizard although I've never actually used it. I'll have to pick some up. Milk man is night and day way thicker and creamier than any other strawberry cream I've had (unicorns, mothers, etc)
Some creams have a heavier feel to them than others. It's definitely not impossible to hit that fullness, sometimes it can be a bit challenging without over-flavoring though.
Sweeteners and Acids could play a role as well.
I know you haven't had the juice like you said but I think you are spot on. I have some sitting next to me. It is very thick and creamy but also extremely sweet. It is so sweet to a point that I can't really vape it at all, maybe a few drips here and there. I think for this one like you said, sweetener for one is playing a huge role while I also think this juice is heavily flavored/over-flavored.
Use this as your cream base:
TFA Sweet Cream 1-2%
FA Cream Fresh 1%
FA MTS Vape Wizard 0.5-1%

For my best creamy mix I use a combination of Sweet Cream(TFA), Bavarian Cream(LA), Whipped Cream(TFA) and Marshmallow(TFA). After a week of steeping, the creaminess will come through splendidly.

Hmm I'm thinking my % for marshmallow may be a little low for the mouthfeel I'm told it should add. What would you suggest? I use fw marshmallow primarily and usually at 1%
I never tried the FW one; I only have TFA. I think marshmallow is usually pretty mellow, but I'd still keep it only at 2% - 2.5% as it only serves as an enhancer.
LA Bavarian cream is the thickest creamiest stuff I've ever had. And I've tried a lot of creams.
my go to's for mouth feel are tfa marshmallow, FA Vienna cream and tfa Bavarian cream, even dx Bavarian cream is good. not sure what exactly they use in the milk man stuff tho. i had muffin man and it was good, but not up to the hype imo. and it destroyed coils like a motherfucker.
