Just shoot them an email, it's most likely USPS. I would go with the standard 'it's likely shipped, but wasn't scanned by USPS".
Waiting on a reply, that's what I wanted to believe but all the other orders across the USA I made that day have come in but Flavorah (in my state) still at this status.
by the way, have you had time to try their new line? I'm pretty stoked. This is what I have (hopefully) coming my way :)

I have most but haven't sampled any of the new ones except Boysenberry (which I'm working on developing a juice around cause it's amazing).
I can't speak for them of course, but we are also in Washington State and the past week has been an absolute nightmare for shipping times with USPS for us. Most are still being delivered in 3 days, but WAY too many are taking a week to get delivered, all the while with the update saying it was in Seattle right up until the point of delivered.
