In under a month im already up to 52 flavours, imported from five different countries. My cabinet smells like some cake orgy went wrong and i've upped my paper towels usage by 500%

That mustard milk better be worth it! 😬

The rabbit hole is dark and deep, with a long, steep, slippery slope my friend.

I've done the opposite, found 5 flavours I really like and made large 1L or 4L batches. http://i.imgur.com/x4bqVNx.jpg

Yeah...originally I just wanted to make a handful of good recipes to rotate between, then buy larger bottles of said flavorings. Now, at roughly 100 flavorings later lmao.

That's not even that bad yet! I'm pushing 250 flavors, and I'm almost always thinking about more that I could use.

I'm in the same boat. I "justify" it by saying I'm saving money, truth is I'm addicted to the tinkering aspect. Same thing happened when I started with vape gear. Heck, I have enough Kanthal I could probably start making and selling chicken pens for a living lol

And then just as I felt that I'd never need more kanthal, ever... the temp control mods come out. Son of a!

Wouldn't that be nickel?

by mentiveabout 10 years ago

Exactly! I haven't bought a temp control mod yet, almost have a couple times... but then I think of all the kanthal that I have.

I hit the end of a 100' roll the other day. I was completely flabbergasted, i thought it would at least last me years.

I used to rebuild daily... and then I got lazy and my current coils have probably been on my atty for two months. I rewick constantly tho. Oh all that dry burning the coils is probably terrible. Lol

Same way, i replace my coils every month or two, but all my attys have some form of clapton coil so my higher gauge wire gets used up rather fast lol.

Genius. Adding chicken wire to the store tonight.

Wait till you wanna replace them all with 120ml bottles.

Love the description Bagle! and yup, welcome to the crazy train! But once you find that perfect DIY ADV, and can make it for 1/20th what you'd pay from a store, its sooooooooooooooooooo worth it! Made a Dragonfruit creme flavor the other week, steeped it for a few days, went through the 15ml tester in about a day. Needless to say, I now have a 120 of it steeping. I think maybe the 120 ml cost me at most $8 to make? Sure beats what most companies charge for a 120, that's for certain!

Keep up and at it, and you'll find that golden recipe and never look back!

That's a nice collection you have starting there. I'm jealous of those two bottles of FA Joy that you have. Have you made anything awesome with it yet?

I just received FA Joy today and been testvaping it for a couple of hours. However im not really sure if i like it as of yet. I do have a recipe that im gonna try to implement it with and will play around with it for the next couple of days :)

Where did you find Joy? We had to do a group buy to get it from Canada.

BotBoy just did a group buy. Not sure if he's shipping to Canada. He already put the order in, but I would guess he bought extra for lollygaggers.

I'm afraid to count but I probably have 350 or more flavors now. It's a rare recipe that I do not have everything for. I probably have 30 that I haven't even tried yet.

Totally unnecessary and shows a complete lack of self control. I am ashamed of myself but I am still ordering shit here and there. It's worse than the issue I had with mods and tanks and RBA's.

at least it's cheaper than being addicted to authentics.

by Bagle2605about 10 years ago

Yeah 350 is a lot! However the golden recipe should be in there somewhere ;)

Yup, this picture looks accurate. When we started it was the same thing. We now have a wall of shelving holding different flavors. What you get to look forward to now is the juice graveyard. The bottles and bottles of juice that don't make the cut, and the many iterations there of. Welcome to the family!

Lol I don't know but it happened at my house too, and it shows no signs of stopping.
