Hey guys, I figured I should give an update on my situation with Vape Clarity (/u/vapeclarity). For those who did not see my previous post, I ordered a bottle from them and when I opened the package, the 100mg/ml nicotine was very pink. They responded to my e-mail very quickly and shipped another bottle (free of charge) with ice packs because we thought the intense summer heat was the issue. Unfortunately, the result was the same pink color. This last week, I got an e-mail saying that they found a leak in one of their pumps and would send me a new bottle (free of charge) again. I received it today, and it looks great! I am very happy with their customer service. I should also mention they changed bottle and the cap (child safety cap). I would still like them to send lab results with orders however. I will edit later when I get to mix up some juice. Let me know if you have any questions.

Edit: mixed up some FA raspberry 5% 4mg juice. It is super smooth, awesome stuff.
I received my order yesterday of 100mg in 100% VG and it was perfect. 100% clear and the scent of nicotine is exactly what I would expect from a high quality 100mg/ml batch. It was ~88 degrees in Chicago yesterday when it arrived at 4:00PM in the afternoon after sitting in a USPS truck all day. Very happy they made an appearance here and are working to resolve any potential issues.
Titrated again as well for a result of 100.4mg/ml.

They responded to my emails quickly, and your new nic looks like the sample I received. Thanks for the pictures I haven't gotten mine up yet. Im going to have to re-review vape clarity in a few weeks. I had a crazy week leading up to my original review and wasn't as thorough as I would have liked to have been.
Similar experience, but mine was the free sample!
I had emailed them a picture of the first sample, which was pink and nasty smelling. They emailed me back when they found the air leak and sent me another free sample! That one arrived today in pristine quality!
I can't believe they shipped a second freebie my way. I'm so stoked and enjoying it presently in a batch of Fizz's 'nana cream. Which BTW is fucking awesome with TFA Banana Cream. It's like dripping the most perfect Strawberry Banana smoothie.
I really respect the fact that they listened to what there customers said, fixed the problem (Pink/strong smell) & made changes (child safety&new bottles) right away. What more could we ask for in a vendor. This has changed my mine & I think I'll give them a try on my next order.

Rather than start a new post, I'll just add our PSA here:
Two of our valves that meter the volumes of nic & PG/VG, failed during operations which ended up sucking in ambient air into our mixture. The nic base appeared clear during packaging, but the highly oxygenated mixture + heat during transport resulted in a highly oxidized product upon receipt of the customer. We resolved the issue and have implemented daily QC checks on our pump systems to prevent future occurrences. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and all affected customer orders have been notified, replaced, and shipped out.
All bottles are child-safety capped, and our labels are now polyester/waterproof.
We value our customers' suggestions and will include our CofA and MSDS in future orders. We are currently looking into implementing nitrogen purging in our manufacturing process and may introduce cold shipping as an option.

Thank you again for the sample, James; I'm enjoying my mixes even more thoroughly than before. Less of a nic-smell from your bottle compared to Nude, & I'm definitely getting crisper flavour notes in my usual mixes. The nic-buzz seems cleaner, as well.
edit: I forgot it was coming in that day/forgot to check tracking. Package sat in my mailbox in 100 degree Florida weather for about 4 hours before I remembered. Promptly threw it in my freezer for about 20 minutes, then pulled it out and smelled it. Mostly smelled plastic bottle. Extremely clean nic.
Do you know what the result of the leaky pump was? What did it leak into the bottle? Extra nic? A flavoring? Machine oil?
I have a bottle of pink nic from them too. Haven't noticed any weird flavor or anything from it though. Seems fine. Cool of them to fix that for people though.

All orders affected by our air leak were promptly replaced and shipped out last week. Your order was a part of it as well, so you should receive it Monday or Tuesday.
